Just left grabbing last minute items and Greg the manager is rude. When I got in the line I spoke to him twice, no response. Then he snatches a broom stick out of my hand while my back is turned to him and when I said something about it his initial response was, you always hit me with it. I expressed that if he would have said something I could have put it down but snatching it and ringing it when it wasnt on the belt already speaks to his attitude. He apologize but honestly it was just one of those let me say sorry so she can go type of apologies. He needs to be restrained on customer interactions immediately.

just went into this store to check the toy section, only to be talked about in a sexual manner by two men near the back of the store, while the women with them just said “ you two are dogs. “ insane how they hire disgusting people like this.

Come here often only a couple of cashiers has courtesy walked in here today on a Saturday Purchase some items went to the cashier no hello just already ringing my stuff then when we got done no thank you either. Please try to teach them to focus on the customers which goes in a part of customer service.

RUDE AND RACIST!!
I came in to DT in willowbrook il on 6/4 only to be screamed at and racially profiled. I noticed that one of the registers had the new hand sanitizer and I asked the cashier “can I have these” in which she said “yes they are for sale”. I went to go grab said hand sanitizers (To be specific three of them.) When all of a sudden an employee comes storming out of the office to yell at me and say only Uno Uno. I looked at her and said that is really rude and racist for you to assume I only speak Spanish. I speak English very clearly. To which she screams at me, you can only take one UNO. not a problem. I asked your cashier if I can have them and the cashier responded says yes I told her she can take them, I told her but the cashier said I could take them to which the cashier agreed that she did tell me that I could take them. She continued with her little snarky, Uno and walks over to the cashier and says “these people” think they can do anything to which I responded. No, I asked if I could take them. The customer that was before me jumped in to defend me and tell her that she was being a racist she was being rude, and there was no reason for her to be yelling at me. They had a heated exchange of words to which the customer told her if you don’t like your job stop working here and then employee says I’ve been the only one here today and yesterday so that’s why she was entitled to To yell at us and be rude. The Porter was mortified, almost in tears because of the altercation. The customer before me asked the employee for her name to wish she hesitated to respond Kathleen. The customer behind me also was saying she could’ve handled the situation better there was no reason for her to explode or speak to any of us in that matter. Worse experience ever!

Today 4/08/25 14:42pm i was there with my friend and her baby to shop for easter decorations. Everything was ok until we decided to check out… Cashier Wendy was extremely rude and disrespectful she even yelled to me front of everyone there just because i asked for my receipt that she decided to not give it to me and take next costumer on the line. When i asked for my receipt she said that i need to wait my turn now because she already have another costumer to finish. I told her what do you mean my turn I’m here i just paid you have to ask me if i want my receipt or no that’s her responsibility as a cashier and costumer will decide if they want it or not……!?!? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dollar store please don’t just randomly hire people that need behavior help, their place is somewhere else not working with customers!!!!!!! Even 1star is a lot for this experience!!!!!

The WORST experience today 4/08/25 at the register with CASHIER Wendy!!!! For some reason she was already frustrated and started yelling at me and my friend just because we ask her for our receipt that as a costumer we have right to it!!! She was very disrespectful and rude to us she said now you have to wait your turn for that receipt because I already have another costumer to finish. Unbelievable what kind of people work here at this location, she needs to get fired asap or work in the backroom so she don’t have interactions with people, the reputation of dollar stores is ruined because of their employees!!!! So sad!!!

They are offering less and less for 1.25. It's still a good place to go to while traveling to grab some sundries or snacks.

Jasmine is extremely rude. She has terrible customer service skills. Today was the SECOND time I came in the store to her register and she did not acknowledge any of the customers before me nor did she say anything to me. Just complete silence compared to the other young lady that was ringing up on the other register speaking to all of her customers as they checked out. I even seen her step away to help someone with no problem.
