Refused to scan or print a return label “because it has probably already been used.” What a bunch of lazy, rude, incompetent jerks. Went to a different location and they didn’t have any trouble printing out my label.

Awful customer service. Even with the store is empty, they just grunt at you to use the self service kiosk. These people are campaigning for their own replacement with automation.

I had the most pleasant experience with one of your kindest team members. I wish I had gotten her name! She helped me print a document I was having trouble emailing to your store’s account.
She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely be back

terrible service. the lady or manager or whatever she is has a terrible personality and doesn’t want to take any packages. when you try and ship lamps or anything from ebay she demands exactly what’s in the package and refuses to take things. even when you ship out gifts for people she demands this as well and says you can’t ship these things ???
doesn’t make me want to use fedex ever. fire her or no customers will come back to your stores guys!

This is one of the best FedEx / Kinkos centers I’ve been to in a long while, reminds me of the way Kinko’s used to be. The facility is well maintained, and appropriately spaced out. And the service is amazing: Dana is an absolute peach — if only they could “duplicate” her and send her to every FedEx Kinkos branch in the country!

3rd time in this location and lady on front desk is very rude and always in a bad mood I don’t know if because I’m Latino. Or what is her problem she should not be working in here if she can’t handle her attitude she should find another job. .
I don’t know why fedex allows this kind of behavior

Lousy customer service / bad attitude. Tried to return a package which had been delivered by FedEx, but this store wouldn't accept it. They insisted on charging a repackaging fee. That's not included on returns. If they don't like the condition of the box, maybe they should show more care delivering it in the first place.

Came here to get a paper ID card laminated. Was told “oh sorry we’re running a big lamination job for a customer.” Nothing else. Didn’t even ask if I could come at another date or time. Their employee couldn’t even pretend to care for me as a customer. So I can go kick some rocks now right? Thanks FedEx.

This assistant manager ‘Gionna’ was very very rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. I was about to take a picture of the sign that had the prices and she yelled from the counter “No taking pictures” and I said “I just need to get the prices so I can figure it out” because I need to figure out my options…but no. Then I went to ask the assistant manager to help me figure out the prices and she was very RUDE and extremely unhelpful & too incompetent to be working there…she didn’t know prices, couldn’t help me in figuring it out and was a very rude attitude in general. I asked her what the about cost would be for a certain box size that was 20lbs and where to ship it and she couldn’t even help me with that even though I gave her all the info. I was like could you get me an approximate price and she was like I have no idea, but I feel like if you work there you should have an idea or could figure it out if not…but no, she’s useless. I ended up figuring it out on my own by just chatgpting it. Do not go here if she is the assistant manager because she’s rude and unhelpful!

Everyone is really nice at this location!! I usually work with Lora, and she's so pleasant!! I have seen so many negative reviews here, it made me hesitant to come in, but I didn't have any issues.
Her printing expertise is beyond other locations and has made great recommendations for me and my business. Thank you!

It’s been awhile since I went to Fed Ex in Willowbrook, but I used to be there weekly. I was at first disappointed and almost agreed with the low ratings due to rude staff. I was about to walk out after the first staff interaction, but then Dana stepped up and helped a LOT. It’s been awhile since I shipped and the phone app was glitching. She guided me through an easier way. Super helpful, positive employee. Got the job done and thanks to her, you have a happy customer.
