I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location multiple times. The staff are unhelpful and lack the motivation to work. They always say “we can’t do it” while other locations easily do it.Going here is just a waste of time.

UPDATE 3/4/24 - SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY PHONE POSSIBLY FROM THIS LOCATION. I TRADED IN MY PHONE AND SHIPPED IT RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING SO MAYBE THIS WAS A MISTAKE BECAUSE THEY HAD THE WHOLE NIGHT TO GO THROUGH PACKAGES AND STEAL WHATEVER THEY LIKE. IS THERE A REASON WHY YOUR EMPLOYEES ALWAYS ASK WHAT IS INSIDE THE PACKAGE?ORIGINAL: I am trying to leave feedback on FedEx website due to the unprofessional attitude of two employees. However the receipt that I got from the kiosk is missing important info such as the store number, I wonder why? Probably management set it up that way so we cannot leave feedback for your location. The first employee did not feel like scanning my item and printing out a receipt for me so she literally told me to go scan it on the self service kiosk. “If you need a receipt you gotta scan it” or something along these lines. Really? I am asking for a receipt and she is acting like I asked her for something outside of her work responsibilities. Besides Its not like I haven’t been there before when employee have no issue scanning the item and giving me the receipt. So yes, lazy and arrogant. She just turned her back on me and went somewhere as if I bothered her during her personal time. Lady if you are reading this - when you are at work, you get paid for helping out customers and you get a paycheck at the end of the week thanks to customers like me. So apparently that girl did not feel like working today (or maybe none of these days) but had no issue servicing other customers after me. I did go to the self service kiosk and I scanned my package, I get an error message and called over another woman for help who was carrying a package. She tells me scan the barcode (as if I dont know what I need to be scanning, the issue was the error message) and tells me sorry this is too heavy (talking about the package she carried) Maybe I should be sorry for bothering you too as well or I should have carried that package for you then??! Do you two realize that you are at work? You made the choice and you work at FedEx ?Find a better job if you are tired of people

This location is beyond unreliable. I needed biohazardous material boxed and labeled as such. The woman up front LIED, stating they don't handle material like that, but after traveling to the Hindsdale location, they verified its a nationwide service that's provided for customers.

Really bad customer service, attitudes for no reason. They don’t greet you and ask you what are you returning, what I’m returning is not your business, what you want to know and ask if I have lithium batteries etc..in my packages, that’s what you need to know. I’ve been here several times and they have no personality, if you don’t like your job find something else to do, you’re disposition is contagious to the other workers.

My fault for not looking at the terrible ratings and comments for this FedEx location. Terrible experience dealing with some of their FedEx employees. I've never been to a business and experienced the laziness and rudeness I have witnessed at this FedEx location.Had a large and really heavy package delivered. The package was damaged along with its contents. Took it to return it. Employee said it was damaged and they couldn't take it. Where's the sense in that? Get it together FedEx

I honestly think this FedEx deserves zero stars, but that is not an option. I have never experienced such horrible customer service over and over again. I would go to this location to get things printed out for me many times and every time felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing, never trying to help me out or give me a heads up about everything they were going to charge me for. They also made it seem like me coming in to get things printed was so inconvenient for them, even when all they were doing was sitting behind the counter chatting with one another. And when I say "they", I really am only talking about Krystal (who I think is one of the managers). She is one of the rudest people I think I have ever met and very disrespectful to her customers. She should read these reviews and try to make a change in how she treats others and maybe then this location would have more than a 2.8 rating and people would actually want to come back here. But I can say for a fact that after my last experience, I will never come back here because all that woman does is ruin your day instead of doing her job.

Super bad place. I’ve been there multiple times but today they went over and beyond being rude Gianna especially she made me a problem because there was a small hole in the box that was cover in with the tape and she will not accept the package. But of course they can re-package this for us for a small charge. Guess tape on the box wasn’t enough.

Just worked with Mike. We lost our receipts and Mike was able to pull them up and email them to me. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Really appreciate you going out of the way to help me out.-Michael
