Stopped in support the loyal employees of the location. I see alot of negative reviews about some of the employees but hey we are all human ans trying to do the best we can do. I stopped in and I saw the guy having a rough day. Sometimes instead of being a jerk. Be kind. You have no idea what people are going through. This kid has been here almost 10 years. Ive been coming here because of him. I see alot of people who say this and that but hes just being honest. He doesnt lie he doesnt try to hide the truth.
Shout out the the staff here for doing their best

This has to be one of the most unbelievable interactions I've had. The guy behind the desk was absolutely miserable to be there. They have about 1/4th of the products that other GNC's and half of them are expired. I didn't purchase anything because I was so put off by the guy at the desk. He did nothing but bash the owners. This store needs some serious help. Avoid this location and give your money to Vitamin Shoppe

Good store and great employees. Nick and Matt are like Abbot and Costello - hilarious guys and a great duo but also know their stuff. I probably drove them crazy asking about what every ingredient in every supplement does but they were helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to a tee. Love this place and love the guys, keep it up boys

I don't write reviews for businesses EVER, but I could not resist for GNC in Willowbrook. This morning I walked into the store looking to buy products to get myself back in the gym (the pandemic really knocked me off track). I was greeted by Nick, the sales associate at the counter. Nick was WONDERFUL. He asked all the right questions in order to find the right supplements for me, taught me a thing or two and even taught me how to calculate my macronutrients for my specific goal. I must say, I've had good customer service at a lot of establishments, but this is the only experience that has ever made me sit down and take the time to write a positive review. Nick is knowledgeable, patient and a true class act. This GNC location will always have my business, BRAVO

Yoooooo I had to post a review for these guys. They really know their stuff. I came in for blood pressure supplements and left with a better understanding of what to take to get my blood flowing. Nick really knows alot. The other guy matt is a stand up guy too. These guys are so funny. I had to show my appreciation for this store. It's a small family owned store and these guys treat you like family. They are respectful they know their store and they know what to give you to help you with your goals.

I came into the store and the young man behind the counter I believe his name was nick was dealing with a extremely rude couple. I was hiding at the other end of the store to eavesdrop and the woman that was complaining was wearing like 6 masks on her face and was telling the associate that it was the law to wear masks that he was breaking the law and she left. Nick handled the situation like a champ. He was extremely professional and offered to wear a mask and do whatever the customer wanted. This lady even complained about his dress code. Listeb it's casual. I know both of these guys that run this place and they are always professional ? I'm ashamed that people have been so rude to store employees. These guys deserve a raise

I visited this location today and felt right at home the manager Matt was very helpful , gave me great tips on what to do to loss weight. Definitely recommend this location , other locations make me feel uncomfortable when i go in , like because i am out of shape they dont want to help ... this location A+++++!!

This store has a big selection, quality products, and they can get it in stock quickly if they don't have it. Been here several times, just passing through for work and stop in to pick up my proteins, creatine and my aminos. There is always a new product to try out.

The employees are usually relaxed and extremely helpful, they put the customers needs first. They always have something new on the shelves and they always try their best to help the customer.
