I dealt with Vincent on a 2021 Mustang Mach-E. The process was very straightforward and stress free. The whole buying experience was wonderful from start to finish! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle , especially for an EV!

Wish I can give less then one star. This people sold the car to my ex business partner. Using my credit and personal information. Without any signature of mine.I warned them not to doit. /investigation in progress/ After I talked to Vincent who was the salesperson and Moe alleged manager. They don't care. Don't buy car from this Dealership!!!

After having a very disheartening and extremely negative at a dealership in Skokie, Illinois, my excitement for a the new car search was gone. I am glad that I visited Highline Auto and dealt with Justin. The experience brought my excitement back and showed me what a car purchase should be like. No pressure, extremely responsive and communicative and transparent. He did what he said he would do, and had me feeling great about driving off the lot in a new purchase. Highly recommend both Justin and Highline, and prove that buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a long, drawn out process. It can be exciting!

Could not have been happier with their team! Came in looking at a different car that happened to be sold, but was able to find another car in their vast inventory that actually worked better. Was great to do a solo test drive with no sales pressure.
Car had some small issues that the team stood behind to be handled at a local BMW dealership. Love that they stand by their products!
Isaiah took great care of us, and made the process fast and painless.
Would absolutely use them again for future car purchases!

Great pricing and amazing selection of Tesla vehicle and a wide range of all vehicle selections. Was very happy with my experience that I went back and purchased a second vehicle 10 month apart!!! My vehicle was detailed and clean smelling fresh like it was brand new! Very detailed and got everything fixed prior to taking possession of my vehicle. Highly recommend buying from Highline.

had a great experience buying my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Performance from Highline Auto Sales. Ray was super helpful, helped me with the Illinois EV tax credit form, and was open to negotiating. After the sale, I had a small issue with the horn, and they quickly helped resolve it and even covered the repair. Great customer service and a smooth car-buying experience!
