I recently had my taxes done at H&R
Block, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was met with
professionalism, kindness, and top-notch service.
Jose was the one who handled my taxes, and he was absolutely fantastic!
He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and hassle-free.
The entire staff at H&R Block was friendly and welcoming, creating a stress-free environment. I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best outcome possible on my tax return.
If you're looking for a place to get your taxes done, I highly recommend going to H&R Block and asking for Jose! His expertise and dedication to customer service made all the difference for me.
I will definitely be returning next year and encouraging my friends and family to do the same.

I came in knowing that I would need to paper file my state taxes due to moving mid year and expressed this to my tax professional. I requested drop off service and even though I sent in all of my documents I still had to go through the entire process when I came in to sign my taxes. My tax professional initially submitted my documents electronically despite the state tax rules which lead to him calling me back to let me know that my documents were not accepted and I needed to come back I n and sign a physical document so that they could be mailed in.
After returning to sign my documents I was informed that I would personally have to mail off my own returns to each state and once again I was baffled.
I expressed my frustration with how my personal situation had been handled. I felt that I should have left my initial appointment with the documents and the understanding of needing to mail them off myself.
Update: I was contacted after my review to discuss my issues and even though I was not initially pleased with my outcome the manager did offer to make things right. He listened to my concerns regarding the service that I received and assured me that it is their goal to make sure that the customers are taken care of.

Syed really takes the time to really work with taxes. I had a few things to work with winding up getting the peace of mind package for my situation. Even tho I shelled out the extra money definitely worth it, I'm relieved.

I’ve been doing my taxes with Syed for 2 years now, he’s the best tax accountant I’ve been to and will continue going. He knows his stuff as he always answers even my most complex questions, no other place has been able to adequately answer my tax questions in the past. Highly recommend. Would also like to mention that the hospitality of the receptionist is the best service I’ve received in years.
