Tax information filed incorrectly, up sell the ‘peace of mind’ program then lack transparency on program time line and limits. Go ANYWHERE else.

I have always had a positive experience at H&R Block. I have neat white folders going back to 2002. Last year, I had a friend do my taxes on turbo tax because of COVID but I was not comfortable trying to do it myself. I was with Ravi 45-min and we were done. It couldn't have been a better experience. It reinforced why professional services are so valuable. I bought one of the guarantees, too, just to safeguard the whole process. You have a great team!
