I love everything about InspirFit / Spire CrossFit and the workouts. The coaches and the community are what makes it special but the results have been fantastic. I'm always challenged in every class and my body feels better than it ever has.

Having gone to InspirFit / Spire CrossFit since last year, I have to say this place really is different. The owner and the staff and the trainers welcome one and all - and don't ask me where I've been as much as welcome me back. The look of the gym is reflective of the experience. Highly recommend.

Very personable trainers who really care about their clients. Great combination of Crossfit workouts and Neurological classes for all types of athletes. My personal favorite is the Parkinsons Wednesday night boxing classes where its filled with motivated and caring people. I would give 10 stars to this gym if I could.

Been going here about 4 months and haven't regretted a single workout. Kelly and Nancy welcome everyone into their gym and work with everyone on an individual basis to guarantee that first you can do the movement and second doing it at a weight that will create results. They let you work out at your pace, your weight, and the results speak for themselves. Stop in give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. Great for a first timer, novice, or advance cross-fit athlete.
