She was so thorough, knowledgeable and sorrowful for our loss. She took uninterrupted time with me to make some tough decisions. I just left there again as I had my mother's ring remade into a mother and grandmothers ring. We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. Once again she took a lot of time with me going through different styles until we came up the one that best fit me and my wishes. A young man took the watch to the jewelry to see if it might be the battery —he returned with a working watch and handed it to me. I happily got my card out to pay and he said that it was a gift to me —that it was a pleasure to see inside the vintage watch —and to please return again. I was so touched by his generosity, but also that the watch was working that I was a bit weepy driving home. Thank you for the lovely gesture and I will most definitely be back💜”
