I drive a 2022 Kia EV6. I had an issue with my ICCU and took it to the dealership right away. They took my car in same day and to my surprised, had it resolved in 4 days.
They provided me a rental car because the fix was under warrranty.

I have to say I did not enjoy my experience getting my vehicle repaired at the Willowbrook Kia Service Center. The process took too long and there should have been better communication. However, I feel like I was charged a fair price for repairs when it was all said and done.
