“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.
I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.
The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.
Thanks again Chris, can't thank you enough.

“Carla and her team did a phenomenal job! I was struggling to find a cleaning service during a holiday weekend, and most places were scheduled so far out. She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. Wouldn't go to anyone else after this experience.”

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. “This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. TAILOR in Willowbrook instantly turned me down simply because of a pocket in the back, but Lee Cleaners found a way to make it work regardless. I tried them on today & they're perfect. He still took them back to adjust the length, making sure everything was perfect by the time I had them. Their attention to detail & commitment here is unbelievable. If you're in the Westmont area, give this place a chance for all your tailoring/cleaning needs!”

My mom recommended we go to the cleaners and the patience, kindness, and service I received was not only amazing, she also saved my dress! “This is my first time having to pay for a washer and dryer in a long time ( im a truck driver and the terminal i work from has free wash and dry) and i was surprised by the prices. I just went ahead and paid for it since it was no other places near.
The place is as clean as it can be for it being a 24hr open facility so i wasn’t expecting it to be spotless but it was cleaner than expected, but as long as the actual washers and dryers are doing their job and aren’t filthy it doesn’t bother me
Plenty of washers and dryers available (only seen one out of order dryer out of 32 available)
Washers and dryers are QUICK but they are actually through. Most places i sit for about 4hrs waiting for the washer and dryer to finish , but i was in and out of here within 2.

$22.50 In Total and about an hr and a half of my time TOTALLY WORTH compared to other places
I’d gladly pay to come here opposed to the free one at the job just due to how fast and clean/dry everything got
