Once you're in the service is good but JEEZUS this location needs to greatly improve its communication with the patients. You think an order is being filled but then it drags on and on and when you finally get ahold of someone it turns out they're missing paperwork from you or the doctor- would be nice if someone called or emailed or texted something! You're left alone chasing them down until they finally fill their order. If you're working with this location bring your patience. Again, the people there are nice but that's not going to be enough.

We had the best experience and the cpap technician Maria was superb! She was caring, explained how the machine works and how to put it together, great people skills, very professional and also answered all our questions. Very upbeat and was always smiling and excited showing my sister the difference between the new and older machine, which made it easier to decide which one to get. She is a great asset to Lincare and also speaks two languages which is an extra bonus for spanish speaking people only. We hope to have her again as she was very great to work with. Thank you for everything Maria!

Omar was an excellent technician! He was very professional, patient, and kind while setting up oxygen for my grandparents. I wouldn't suggest going there. Look for a different location. I was fitted with an extra small mask. I questioned it. I was never measured properly. She told me she could tell by looking at me. I was sure it was too small. I Went to a different location. I'm a medium! No wonder it was so painful. I was educated so much more in the Bradley office.

I love that they send materials quickly and provide information when needed. My only complaint is with their telephone service - if you leave a message they do not call back. I was finally told not to bother leaving messages, just keep calling until you get a live person. So it may take several days trying hut when they finally answer service is quick. I also love that they will provide equipment to hotels, etc if you request at least 2 weeks ahead.

Horrible company, you leave a message needing help two weeks later they finally return it. You get direct lines to one of their reps they also don't call you back. They follow up with the same reply they give to everyone that doesn't help

Susan and Amy from your Willowbrook office are the most helpful and caring ladies I have experienced since I became a client of Lincare. Ryan (I hope I have that correct) was very helpful when delivering the POC.

The place seemed difficult to find because it's in a shopping mall like deal but I did find it and they were excellent with my equipment and show me how to use it and set it up right away ,I didn't even think about the filters and The mask being replaced but they called and let me know that it was time to replace and sent it out right away, as a result,I'm sleeping better and I feel better thanks to the machine from Lincare, it's a struggle to get used to the mask but I'm working on it little by little I get more time with it it's hard not to take it off when you're not used to it when you're asleep they warn me about that and how even it would take a second or two for it to match my breathing so that I had the right pressure to keep breathing when I'm not awake machine does its job it allows me to sleep through the night safely without waking up grasping for air. The staff is friendly and polite, the information was helpful to prepare me for the challenge of sleeping was the thing on my face, quietly breathing for me when I don't.

The only problem I have is my portable does not keep a charge it could be on 100 and 30 min later it’s on 30 percent does not last at all
