Employees were very helpful directing me where to go. I had use of their wheelchair. I left my rollator at the desk, to use the chair. Upon returning it, another associate help me to my car, and made sure I got the rollator in safely. On an extra hot day, I appreciated their safety efforts. Thank you, Michael's!

I ordered online and picked up at the store and it was great. Didn't even have to go by the register at all. Nice and easy.

Basic Michael's but store is very clean and well organized. I will say a lot of stock was out but I know a lot of places are having shipping issues. They also host kids parties and crafting events which is nice and the weekend events are usually free.

Honestly, probably the best michaels i've been to. The guy that helped me, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was so nice and helped me find an item. The cashier was also really friendly.
