These girls are so kind and caring about their customers. They know that we have been through a lot and they make it as easy as possible to feel good about yourself. They truly do care about what you’ve gone through and are willing to help you in anyway they can. And the Receptionist Laurie is a jewel. It’s always a pleasure to visit with them. And they are so patient to try and make sure that you’re happy when you leave. 10 stars!!!!

Lori was very patient with me and made the experience of choosing a wig less stressful. All staff very friendly from the beginning of when I called and inquired about if they took insurance and helped prepare me for the visit and had it all ready for me also. Wig should be in a week. Great experience hands down! Highly recommend!

I visited the store this afternoon and my consultant was Lori. I found Lori to be very professional and easy to talk to. She was very understanding about my visit today and made me feel comfortable. We found a piece that I liked and she will have ready for me Monday. I would recommend this store and would highly recommend working with Lori.

I want to say I was having a hard time with my appt as I am losing my hair due to Breast Cancer. I made the appt for a consultation for a wig. What was such a hard thing for me to do was made so very easy by the lady assigned to console me. She was so compassionate and wonderful she made this experience great for me. She answered all our questions and made me feel so comfortable. When all was said and done I walked out of Naturally Yours with a Human Hair wig on order. When time to pick up my wig and have my final fitting again she was wonderful and explained everything I needed to know about my wig purchase. I would highly recommend this place for any of your needs. I could not be happier. Thank you so much.

This was a very unfortunate experience for my sister and family. Let me preface by saying the hair piece is amazing. Beautiful. Perfect fit. Looks so natural. The employee who fit us today- showed ZERO empathy, no compassion- she rushed us in and out of the appt. All business. No compassion. Did not show an ounce of patience when explaining anything- got out clippers to shave without ANY warning or explanation. I had to stop her to make sure my sister (who was NOT told this or prepared for it) was ok to proceed. 37 year old mother, dealing with cancer- I’m an oncology nurse. Let’s just say thank god she has support at home, because this was unfortunate. I can go on, but it’s not worth it. This facility left its mark. We would never return and I will be sure to let my plethora of patients know that if you are looking for compassion, patience and empathetic service during the hardest time of your life, this is NOT the place to go. I had a very sincere and caring experience. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and emotionally happy! They were very professional, very thorough my appointment! They made sure I were satisfied! Having a Double Masectomy within itself is a lot! To have someone (staff) who makes you feel reassured with yourself and your confidence is a winner in my eyes! They never made me feel I was being judged or frowned upon. Very empathetic. They have beautiful attire, wigs, comfortable prosthetics, etc. to choose from! I thank each and every staff member for what they do! They make a difference and are very appreciated! Thank you for my beautiful and humbling experience!
I definitely recommend "Naturally Yours!"

Setting up an appointment was very easy with just a phone call. They were able to get and submit a prescription from my Dr to my insurance.
