“I’ve been a loyal customer of Tamelings for a long time. On my most recent order, there was a misunderstanding over the phone, and the delivery arrived with less volume than I intended to order. When the driver realized the mistake, he went above and beyond by offering to drive back and pick up the remaining soil without an extra delivery fee—I only had to pay for the additional material. Thanks to their quick fix, I was able to finish my project right before the heavy rain. These guys are much more than just another dirt supplier; they truly care about their customers!”

“Great place for all your garden needs. Conveniently located in River Forest off Madison Street. Ample parking is available. It’s open year round for all your seasonal requirements. Good selection for whatever your needs are. I bought a tree and azalea bushes this year. Pictures below. They also have a cafe inside. The staff is very friendly and provides answers to all your questions.”
“Fantastic customer service, creative garden and landscaping ideas from the staff and owner, excellent delivery and installation, plus helpful guidance on tree and flower care. It’s also such a fun place to visit—with an incredible variety of trees and playful cats and kittens that kept our boys entertained! “I ordered the flower delivery and I gave the wrong address the correct address was much farther away and they still made sure that it was delivered smoothly for that I give 5 stars because I never even said anything I worked 16 hours went home slept and they took care of it”
“Went there today to get some connectors like wago. The help I received was great they were very knowledgeable and eager to help. I can tell they loved there job and on checkout the person was curious and polite. Even though those things SHOULD be the norm it's not anymore. So great job Home Depot”
“Although I don't mind the natural smells hitting your senses as you walk in, the prices could be governed better. I paid twice I did last year for a lawn mower tune up kit. Another issue I have is the lack of floor personnel. I normally don't ask for help as I like to do the work myself and look around to find whatever it is I'm looking for, but if i can't find it, there's also nobody around to point you in the proper direction. Hence why I'm subtracting one star.”

Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

Either someone from the staff jumps you as you enter their aisle.... or there is nobody in sight forever. I found what I needed.”

Cynthia got the OK from store manager Marie Fox for a store credit. Awesome customer service!
