I deeply regret taking my doodle there for grooming. I specifically asked them to keep his hair as long as possible, but they just shaved him. One of the worst grooming experiences we’ve ever had. I will never return.

I took my dog to Willowbrook today because our usual place didn’t have an opening. Karla groomed her and I was extremely satisfied with her work. It was one of the best she’s had. I’ll be going back.

I called to ask a question on who was highly requested as a groomer. I spoke with BLUE at the Willowbrook location today and the reason I asked is bc I take my dog to highland IN, to see only Becca at that location and she’s highly requested bc she’s the best ☺️ and have my baby smelling, feeling and looking good. Moving fwd Blue asked me again to repeat the question I repeated the question again and she confirmed what i asked her. She said that she was new at that location but not new to grooming. She then said she didn’t understand my question AGAIN AND I SAID YOU DO BC YOU REPEATED THE QUESTION! She just start to yelllllllllll I asked her to slow down in reference to tone down bc her energy was tooo much! Safe to say I’ll never bring my dog to that location to be groomed! I can only imagine how they handle ppl animals. And I’ll be in jail about mine ?

We visit this Petco for the grooming appointments. I have an Australian shepherd mix and she needs some grooming every few months. This is by far the best petco for grooming. I drive from Berwyn because there are never appointments available. When there are appointments available in Berwyn, they often cancel without telling me til I show up. But this isn’t Berwyn, this is way better.
