After having a not so nice experience at the Burr Ridge location. I was able to successfully find another unit over on Joliet Road in Willowbrook. Barb from the Lombard location reached out and was able to help with any questions and or issues that I had. Because of my interaction with her and a few agents that I spoke with over the telephone. My faith in Public Storage has been restored. Barb I appreciate your help this afternoon and look forward to continuing my business relationship with Public Storage.

Rat infested, roof leaks when it rains. My book shelves got wet and damaged I have to throw them away. Broadview Public storage.

they will allow you to store your valuables her, but they will make you pay!!!! they aren't valuables.. try selling them online. they will raise your rent bi-yearly, where you are like.... really, I have paid thousands for what? BTW these others are fake reviews

This might be the worst experience everFirst month was supposed to be “free”They charged me 90 dollars for move in fee and then they were supposed to refund me some amount of that because I switch the storages on the first day and they overcharged me and guess what, they never refund me.I rent storage on 28th November so first month was free and from December 29th till 31 they charged me 130 dollars and one day late fee 57 dollars because agent didn’t put automatic payment even if I told him to do it in the first place.And by the way - most rude and disrespectful agents works in customer service department.Long story short - stay away from these scammers.
