I think this place is ridiculous. They don't speak English. They lose alot of clothes. Very expensive. CD cleaners a fourth of the price. Next day service and never lose anything. This is a poor excuse of a dry cleaners.

I was there on wednesday to ask for zipper replacement on my sons jumpsuit and the older gentleman told me $16-$18, i went the next day to drop it off and other lady said $26-$28, i told her that i was quoted $10 less the previous day and she said that she will ask “the lady” how much is gonna be. I told her to call me before doing anything if the price is $28 since new is $40. A week later i went to pick up the jumpsuit thinking that is ready since nobody called me about the price and the same lady from before says “ oh its not fixed, the lady said the price is $28” and i asked why nobody called me she says ooo i don’t know why the lady didn’t call you. I really don’t know how people like this are running businesses , just plain d**** sorry but that is the true. To the owner: i don’t care what are you gonna reply, but this is not how you do business, just look at your reviews, its not just me, i wish i read the reviews before wasting my time coming to your store

There have been two occasions in which items are not ready on the scheduled day. The company will not notify you this is the case. Instead you will show up and be told your items are not ready.

I have been a customer of Reichardt Cleaners for at least 20 years. It was sold several years ago. After the sale I would say they were just OK.Well! Today was my last time walking through their doors.I came in to pick up my cleaning. When I dropped it off last week, I was concerned because the woman did not put a tag on my items to identify they were mine.The same thing happened today. I had a decorative pillow cover that I dropped off for cleaning. She left it on the counter and did not tag it. She walked over to take care of 2 customers that came in the door, after me.I waited patiently for her to finish with them. She tagged their items immediately.She asked me what I was waiting for. I told her that would like my pillow cover tagged, before I left the store, so it would not get lost.She proceeded to get very nasty with me. She then printed out a tag and threw it at me! I then picked up my pillow cover and told her I will go elsewhere.I am a very easy going person and did not deserve this kind of treatment.Good Bye Reichardt Cleaners. There is plenty of fish in the sea!

So disappointed in the deterioration in the quality of service. Been bringing clothes her for more than 10 years. Lately receiving clothing that is not mine mixed in with my orders. Orders repeatedly not ready when I come to pick up even if it is DAYS after they are supposed to be ready. Several articles of clothing missing. Lost belts from dresses etc. if they get all your clothes back to you they will be well done but it's a big "if" that you will get everything back correctly.
