bought a control arm from them. i called in because it was lifetime warranty. i gave the the date and he said he did not see no record. mike the gentleman that answeared my call said that i need the receipt in order to exchange i told him i have it with me. so i told him what should we do to get another one under warranty. he said we have to paid one more time and then later i get my reinburstment / credit. tell me why should i pay double on something that is under lifetime warranty. i reccoment shops and people don't buy from them.

Beware of purchasing parts from this vendor, purchased brand new Rack & Pinion from them and 1 weeks later part failed, customer service informed me that the company do not cover labor warranty claims unless your enrolled in their “VIP” Membership, not sure if you need to pay for that service, but do keep that in mind when purchasing from this company and later your left to fend for yourself, having to do a complete job again completely for free losing time and money.

Found a parts website called to ask about a part and the guy who answered the phone was rude asked do I have a account I told him know I found this number through Google he asked where I was I told him countryside 60525 and he said that doesn't tell em nothing and hung up on me, wasted my time and could've easily said you need a account with us.
