Cheryl at the salon gave me a great haircut experience. She was not only nice and efficient, but also precisely understood and delivered the hairstyle I wanted. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Really made my day today!

Haircut was way shorter than the picture I showed and the length I asked for. The underneath buzz was not at all like the picture I showed. My wife had to fix the stylist’s mistakes! The buzz was much longer and less styled than the picture. I have a bowl cut when I asked for a bob. Her hands were shaking as she was cutting my hair. She was alone and hadn’t gotten a lunch break. It’s unsafe to open a shop with only one worker inside.

Can I give it ZERO stars? If I could, I would. I have never been to the salon before.I had a meeting and wanted to have my hair freshly done, so I called and scheduled an appointment. A female answered the phone and scheduled me for next day at 11 am.I showed up couple of minutes before my appointment and took a seat as there was nobody to greet me. The hairdresser, and another person whom I believe to be the owner, were in the back having a conversation. There was another customer who also showed up at 11 am. Few minutes later the owner(?) and the hairdresser come to the front. The owner greets us but the hairdresser doesn't even acknowledge us. The owner asked the gentleman if he scheduled his appointment online and if he checked in already. The customer responded that he did. The owner then apologized and stated that they just installed a new computer program and they're having some issues with it. Then, the owner asked me if I had an appointment and I replied that I scheduled my appointment over the phone the day before for 11 am. The hairdresser still hasn't acknowledged me even though she was standing by front the desk. I thought for a moment that perhaps I have turned into a ghost. As the owner was trying to figure out who the hairdresser should take first, the hairdresser made a comment that the the gentleman scheduled his appointment "yesterday" and completely ignored the fact that so did I, so I said exactly that- "so did I. I scheduled my appointment between 10-11 am yesterday". She didn't even look at me when I was talking or after I said that, let alone said a word to me. The owner then asked the hairdresser if she would take me for my blow dry first, the hairdresser continued to ignore me and still hasn't looked at me, and again responded to the owner that the gentleman scheduled his appointment "yesterday". In that moment, I knew I do not want her touching my hair and the last thing I'd want is to spend money at that place and give her a tip; hence, I said, "you know what, that's ridiculous, thank you!" I got up and walked out.I have never dealt with anything like that before. I went to my meeting with not only undone hair but also unwashed!!!! Anyone who wants to be sure they get their hair done just go to a real salon where they care about their customers- acknowledge you and apologize if they make a mistake. That hairdresser was extremely unprofessional and I'm sure the only reason she works there is because she won't get hired anywhere else or just simply just didn't last anywhere else. I can't speak to her abilities to do hair, but something tells me she lacks in that department as well. I understand that mistakes can happen when booking an appointment, but at least APOLOGIZE to your customers, ACKNOWLEDGE and LOOK at them! The hairdresser was acting as if I wasn't even there and that's something I just can't get over. She didn't look at me once nor said one word to me. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!I go for a blow dry 2-3 times a month and they could've gained a regular customer. Their loss. The owner was there and he didn't even care to call me to apologize even though they had my phone number. Nothing. Silence.That place is so empty, you'd think they would make an effort to gain and keep customers. ZERO STARS!
