This Target is well above average. I tend to buy way more than I came in for when I come here. Produce section feels like you're in a natural foods store. Less congested aisles towards the back than before. The store is always clean, employees are helpful and respectful, and I feel safe going there. The staff are really nice, helpful, and sweet. They really know how to make this company grow and move forward. Target will always be my favorite store to shop. This Target is truly big. Going forward I will more than likely shop at this store again.

I love Target...who doesn't?? Every store including this one is clean, well stocked and has helpful employees! There prices on numerous items are better than Walmart!! Quality also vastly better than other so called "discount" stores. I am especially enamored with the pickup service instituted during Covid! This saves me sooo much time . (And likely, $ since I don't go in for 1 thing and emerge 2 hours later with 12! Thank you Target!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE in store pickup. My estimated time was 2 hours and after 5 hours of waiting I got an email saying they no longer had the product available. And the customer service is terrible.

Target always has a great variety and the prices keep me coming back. This store is a super large store here in this city. Very nice and well-organized store. Their teams are incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. The cashiers are very courteous and fast workers. You can check out so fast and easily. This Target is better than any Target in the city. It is so convenient and wonderful store. This is such a great store to shop at for a variety of items and for our daily essentials. Everything at their store is quality. Everything when I was there went smoothly. Their place is very easy to find, they have big parking lot so you can easily park and go inside to shop, and also you will be amazed how big their place is. Also their employees made the experience so memorable and better. It was a pleasure to do shopping at this place. Thank you Target for such a wonderful experience. All of you did such a great and awesome job! I really love your store! Will definitely visit and shop there again soon. See you guys again soon! Thanks to all of you! Can't wait to go back there and shop bulk items again. Kudos to all of you! Keep it up!

Target is my go-to store. It has a huge parking lot. The store is also huge. It is always clean, organized and well-stocked. It is not just a typical grocery store because they also offer different products like electronic, clothes and more which is really convenient. Their produce, dairy and meat department are always fresh. I like to shop in here because I get everything I needed at reasonable prices but I notice that prices of some of the items gone up but not too much. The staff are always friendly and helpful. One time, I wanted a particular item in the clothing department, it does not have a price so I asked the staff for help and she gladly helped me. There are a lot of times that I needed a help and their staff are always there. I was at the checkout and the staff there greeted me. It is a small thing but it shows their great customer service.

This is my go to target. I was treated very well by the cashier. Latonya was extremely helpful with showing me the app and recommending the red card. She also was very kind and patient which made my experience a lot better at target.

Can I give 0 stars? Today at about 4 Pm, I went to the Willowbrook Target to pick up a prescription and a few other items. First, with no one ahead of me in line and 3 pharmacists, I waited 10 minutes to be waited on. Then, after shopping, I go to checkout. All of my items were scanned by the cashier, I slid my card into the reader to pay and then the reader (which was facing toward the ceiling because it was broken... I had to stand on my toes to read it), says REMOVE CARD. So I did. The cashier turns around and tells me that he's not done with my coupons yet! He calls over a supervisor who asks me for my receipt, which I haven't been given yet! And then she says that we need to go to customer service. I asked how long this would take because I had an appointment after that I could not be late for. She said a couple of minutes. When arriving at customer service, the cashier that the supervisor gave the receipt to, said that this would take awhile because she needed to refund each item and then rescan everything and then take the coupons off. I told her I wasn't going to stay for that. I left with my groceries and my unused coupons. I AM DONE WITH TARGET!! This is not the first time that this has happened! In the real world, when coupons are not scanned, the service desk looks at the receipt and gives you the amount of the coupons in cash or debit---they don't undo and redo everything!

Keeping in mind I'm shopping in a pandemic and during a holiday, I was extremely patient with the fact that this target was short staffed and had limited checkout lines open. Shelf checkout was full and only one register open. The manager was standing at a podium with head down ignoring the pile up. When he finally looked up he opened a second line in which he didn't take customers from our line but let people who were walking up go ahead of us and all the people behind us in line. Again I was in no hurry and didn't mind waiting in my line. However the cashier at our line decided that she was going to flip her light off and close herself down right before taking us. I was told I had to get out of line and enter a longer line that just formed at the new register. Upset I grabbed the manager who quickly cut me off and said I needed to patient. Rather than making a big stink I just left our items behind and doing their job for them I informed the customers behind us that the line we were in was now closed. Coming to the comments here seems like this location has an issue with poor customer service and bad attitudes.

Big parking lot. A lot of space and easy shopping. Just got in and out with in a few minutes. I used self checkout which was no line and the rep was cleaning the checkout after each use. Very good and friendly customer service, if you ask for help they are willing to help you on the spot. Highly recommend.

I go to minute clinic and no I have been siting here for 2 hours and the lady is sitting typing on her computer when I should have been seen soooo long ago. When a customer asked if I was waiting I said yeah like two hours and she walks up now and says it would be soon ...hahaha alright ya bad experience here

Target is an OK option for shop this is because of the high quality of clothing items that they offer. However I will caution you that the prices have been steadily going up and is higher than other places. I've shopped online and you can find some pretty good deals that will be sent straight to the store and pick up. This is something that target has really invested in a lot of money to build out. They even have a parking spot for online shopping pickups. I will warn you that you do need an ID to match the exact name as the order. This made me frustrated one time because I had to go back to the car because they would not except an email confirmation. I hope that they can make this process more streamlined going forward because online shopping has definitely gained traction.

This is my local Target. I cannot figure out how Target operates. A month after the cash registers crash, I'm waiting in a line 8 deep to purchase 6 items at the self check out. All the other registers have long lines as well. This is a large brick and mortar retail company. People want to make purchases and leave. We are not going to wait an hour to do so. Walmart is waiting for us two miles down the road...
