“So thought wait time would be long it was shorter than expected but all tow companies seem to take long so it was a nice surprise. I did have an officer to talk to to pass the time so that might have helped. Nice young polite man arrived. He tried to jump my old old old car. His cables did not work but he had a enough humility to use mine, after his portable charger did not work as well. Eventually we got it running after about 15 minutes of team work. ha As I was saying thank you and good bye he said do you use Google so I could write a review. I thought how old do you think I am. haha Needless to say my insurance covered the bill and my wife arrived with our van and could have jumped me but it was nice to have a back if that did not pan out. Good kid (young man), polite, and quick. Interesting day of driving to say the least. #google #stillinmythirties ;-)”

“J&C has been consistently good for the 28 years I have taken my car to their shop. It's been in business since the mid-50's so they must be doing something right! The work is done professionally, they listen to what you tell them, and the price is always reasonable.Update: now it's 2021 and my opinion is the same -- still great work at reasonable prices.Update: it's 2023 and I'm still taking my cars to J&C, still all good! As it turned out later, I was very lucky. DuPage Tire and Auto , in my opinion, deserves the highest rates. All the work was done by very professional people who know their business.
