I don’t like the experience with their manager always asking about the gift with purchase even though I didn’t get the gift with the item I want to return but you always has to be ready for her so she can’t do that to you !

I would stay away if looking to get eyebrows done at the benefit brow bar. As someone who’s been scarred from negative experiences with getting eyebrows done, I went in & explicitly explained how I wanted to keep the fullness of brows that I had, just wanted to get a little bit of a shape to them. Left with early 2000s pencil thin, uneven looking eyebrows. I would recommend to stay away!

My aunt and I were helped out by two lovely girls, Priscilla and Angie. They color matched each of us and educated me on how to properly apply the makeup we purchased, while providing outstandingly kind and helpful service. My aunt regularly visits, and I'll definitely make sure to come again whenever I need new makeup!

I love Ulta but my experience at this location as I was checking out was appalling. The cashier asked me to put my phone number into the pin pad which I said I would rather not. She then tried to push me to put in someone else's such as a friend or family member and then explain the point system, which I knew about and had no interest in. I told her that I didn't know anyone with an account and that I don't like giving my phone number out. She continued to push me and I continued to shake my head no and politely decline. After I wouldn't budge she became very shut off and rudely threw me my bag as the transaction came to a close. No thank you have a nice day, just a scowl and overall unpleasantness.
Because of this interaction I never want to shop in store at a Ulta again and have since migrated to Sephora (their customer service is unmatched compared to Ulta).
Don't pressure people into providing information they express they aren't willing to provide. It's a huge turn off and with all the scams going on anymore it's disgusting for someone to get upset when someone isn't willing to give out personal information, even if it's as simple as a phone number. I understand it's for their metrics but don't go about it this way or act less than if someone doesn't want to. You will push customers away.

I went to do an even exchange for some foundation someone got for me. They made me pay $10 for one of them and told me they would return the other for half of what it was worth to rebuy it. When I said no I'd just keep it the girl looked upset with me. They wernt open and I just needed my shade.

Consistently out of the color foundation I need. And not just in one brand but 5 different brands.
Seriously not even one time did I go here and they had what I wanted in stock. Not to mention out of the 3 free gifts I purposefully purchased items for I got a big fat 0 of them. The power trip the girls have when they tell you no is also ridiculous.

I got my haircut here and it was the best I’ve ever had! You never know how it’s going to turn out when you go some place new but this is going to be my go to. Maria was phenomenal! I felt confident the entire time that it was going to be a good hair cut. She went above and beyond and I am in LOVE!

I’ll start off by saying the Mac lady and cashier were incredibly nice. However, management clearly has a racial profiling problem. I take forever to shop because I’m looking at reviews for products before I purchase them. There’s also no POC working there for me to ask advice on hair care products (hence my searching for videos on TikTok and YouTube). All of that to say, I walked out after making my purchase to the police sitting in the corner of the parking lot…Scrolled on my phone for 10 minutes, then pulled off just to have the police leaving right behind me. I will never, ever come back to this location… I don’t even know if I’ll come back to Ulta at all. And as I type this, the police are circling after I just returned my product (because why should I spend my money here). . I’m done.
