“I had been looking for a car all day with no luck until I came to Love Auto. Jeremiah was so welcoming and friendly from the second I arrived. He has a great selection of great cars (especially subarus) with prices that you can’t find anywhere else. He was elaborate and honest when discussing car details, including the flaws (which I really appreciated) and is very passionate about making sure you, as a customer, are satisfied. The difference in customer service at Love Auto vs a regular dealership is truly shocking. He treats you like a friend rather than a check. I was trying to work within a certain price range and Jeremiah was very reasonable and we were able to work out a great price for a 2018 Subaru Legacy. I plan to go back to him to do any maintenance if any problems arise. 20/10 experience! I highly recommend!!”

“I was in the market for a 535i xdrive Mport and found International Car Center in Lombard, IL. My first contact was with Sales Manager Louis Jimenez, who provided excellent service from the start. After reviewing the vehicle online, I noticed the price drop shortly after, and Louis immediately honored the new online special.
Because I’m in Wisconsin and wasn’t able to visit or test-drive the car, Louis and Hector went above and beyond—sending detailed photos, scanning the vehicle for any issues, and answering all of my questions. I was concerned about the white interior, but Louis arranged to have the seats re-sprayed, and they came out looking brand-new.
On top of the great price, they included delivery, which made the process even easier. As a first-time site unseen
(meaning not seeing the vehicle physically).
I put my whole trust in Louis and Hector, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
