I've never had better service in a phone store than the service my mom and I received today at this store from Niah and Johnny, I seriously cannot recommend this store enough! Niah made us feel so comfortable and she had us cracking up she is so funny, just overall super personable. Johnny was amazing as well ith helping personalize our plan as we switched from at&t to Verizon, he seemed to genuinely care about every customer. The promotion prices were just the cherry on top, I couldn't believe we got top of the line phones with top of the line data for such an affordable price, it was like a dream! My only regret is that we didn't make the switch sooner. I will forever remember this wonderful experience today and I will be recommending Verizon to everyone I know. Thank you Niah and Johnny, truly you were a blessing helping us out today and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Verizon store. I came in because my phone wasn’t connecting to the network. The manager replaced the SIM card and told me the issue was resolved. However, as soon as I got to my car and tried to place a call, it still wasn’t working. I immediately turned around to go back in, only to be told by the manager that the store was now closed and they wouldn't help me or let me back in and that I needed to go visit a different store 15 mins away.
Not only was the issue never actually fixed, but they also didn’t even bother to test the phone before sending me on my way. This lack of follow-through and unwillingness to assist a customer in real-time is completely unacceptable. Very poor experience.

We were just over there less than 5 minutes ago. My dad's phone was not properly charging. This guy Plugs, in my dad's phone. It starts to charge and then I was telling him now. Hold on, it's charging there, but then he starts raising his voice at me and tells me that he thinks he knows everything and guess what? That's not how the world works. He was gonna throw me out of the store. We were about to go into a fight. I hope this place shuts down for good.
FYI: He's the guy that's a little bit bigger than the rest of the people. And he has facial hair.

The real price is way higher from what they promise at the store.
They told me the home internet is month to month then I got surprised when the customer service representative told me that I have a 3 years agreement with Verizon.
Anyway sometimes you learn the hard way

I use the Kiosk sometimes it works other times it's offline. I prefer it over the customer service, location is convenient.

Sean has amazing customer service , he gives really good deals & will work with you as much as he can and do as much as he can do , so that you are walking out a happy customer.

Haneen was excellent, along with other people in the store who helped her help us. Upgraded my mom's phone for a new iPhone, plus added an iPad and apple watch for her with just a tiny increase to our bill. It's always advantageous to go into the store at upgrade time to get the best promotions and talk to the people and have everything taken care of in person.

Wasted an entire day signing up for service and ordering phones only to be told that they can't verify my identity and everything is cancelled! What!? Unbelievable. I don't have time to deal with bad companies like this. Go to T-Mobile or Att&t, at least they respect your time!

I smashed my phone!!! I was SOOO upset. Dani was Kind and helped me to relax. He helped me temporarily turn on an old phone while I wait for the new one to arrive!!!

I came here to trade in my old IPhone. The process was very fast. I came when they opened at 9 am. The associate inspected my old phone, looked up my account, wrote down the number from the old phone, and gave me my credit. I was there for 5 mins. There is also ample parking. When you are leaving, you can only turn right.
