If everyone who helped customers was like Danny it would never be a headache. No double talk no pushing just honest and straightforward. Even when I had a problem outside of the scope of the verizon service with signing into an app on my new phone he helped. It was truly a relief to shop here when I dread changing phones at other places.

Terrible customer service. So I did a trade in online and picked this location to trade in my old device. When I got my new phone I was having issues with the activation of it and at the time I was not aware I was supposed to receive a activation message on the phone because I never did receive it. So since I had to drop my old phone off at this location I went there to trade in the device and get help with my new device. I get there and all the agents are helping people that’s fine and dandy no issues I’ll wait. One of the agents finishes up with another customer and then proceeds to disappear in the back for what seemed like 15-20 minutes until another agent ran in the back to grab him because more people were showing up. When I was finally able to explain what was going on the agent said I would need access to the account and since I wasn’t the account holder I couldn’t gain access unless the account holder was present. Again no issues there totally understandable but I explain to the agent that was helping me that another location I usually go to just had me call the account holder to allow access. Another agent that was with another customer chimed in and rudely stated that wasn’t possible as if I was lying and this man wasn’t even helping me the other agent was. Eventually left the store and returned a few hours later with my mother who is the account holder. Again I proceed to explain what’s going with now another agent and the agent said for me to activate the phone I had to call customer service and he said something else my mother didn’t quite understand and she proceeded to ask what he was talking about which the agent then started to say she was getting aggressive with him which she was not. She wasn’t yelling or shouting maybe a little frustrated but she was not getting aggressive with him. We eventually left and got my new phone figured out and I ended up changing the location to trade in my old device because I did not want to go back to this location after my bad experience nor will I ever be going back. Customer service needs to get better.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went in with my new phone and bought a screen protector. I said I'd like help setting up the phone. Was told it'd be a $30 charge. So, I went home and tried to set it up myself. Had no luck and went to the Verizon off of 22nd ans Kingery. Wouldn't you know, I was helped without being charged! What a miracle

Very poor customer service, lying to the new customers, after sale service below zero I don’t know how Verizon still opening this location , more training need it or manger change , not recommended at all

We just transferred our lines from t-mobile to Verizon and we’ve been having problems since day one. We came in 3 times to fix the problem and we get pushed off to come another day. Today for the fourth time, i came EARLY as I was told and I was supposed to get the help I need, but the employee (Ken) was very disrespectful and told me to go figure it out on my own and call customer service, even though I was told to come and they will help me because my phone is not receiving calls at all. But I asked Ken to get me a manger and he said with a disrespectful tone he’s busy and I need to wait 50 minutes to be able to talk to him. Very unprofessional and disrespectful I didn’t come to Verizon to be treated like this. I never had this experience with T-mobile.

I wish I could give them a zero! Terrible customer service from Chris and Randy- both managers should be fired. They were rude while I was simply trying to return the Verizon internet box that was not as good as Xfinity.

If every rep was like Danni this store would be 5 star across the board. He was quick to solve the problem, in and out of the store within 10 min. Came here the day before and didn't get the same experience with another rep but fortunately Danni was working this morning and took care of it no questions asked. A+ from him - thanks again

Terrible customer service. Incredibly arrogant manager. Won't take any responsibility for their issues. Tried to blame Apple manufacturing and everyone else. Been customers there forever. Worst store I've been to. The non managers were super nice and tried to be helpful but then the manager came up and completely ruined any chance of resolving our issue.

WORST CELL PHONE STORE ANYWHERE! TWO PEOPLE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS OUT FRONT. FINALLY, THREE MORE EMPLOYEES SAUNTERED OUT FROM THE BACK AND IGNORED PEOPLE WAITING FOR SERVICE. APPROACHING AN EMPLOYEE, I TOLD THE WOMAN MY PHONE DOESN'T NOTIFY WITH A SOUND WHEN RECEIVING TEXTS. EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM A VERIZON STORE, SHE REFUSED TO ASSIST. WHEN I INSISTED I NEEDED HELP, SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME WITHOUT CHARGING A FEE!!! I TOLD HER I'M ALREADY PAYING $98 A MONTH FOR THIS PHONE THAT KEEPS MESSING UP AND I NEEDED SIMPLE ASSISTANCE. SHE STILL REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING.IN THE PAST YEAR, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE STOPPED AT THIS STORE FIRST FOR ASSISTANCE WITH MY PHONE AND IT IS THE SECOND TIME I ENDED UP GOING TO AN AT&T STORE FOR ASSISTANCE WITH MY VERIZON PHONE!!! AGAIN, THIS IS THE WORST CELL PHONE STORE ANYWHERE WITH THE MOST UNASSISTIVE EMPLOYEES FOUND ANYWHERE!Update: I see your response. That is nearly word for word what you responded the last time this happened. DO SOMETHING! HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO WORK! The Hispanic woman who was working there Thursday late afternoon on July 27, 2023 was pathetic! Totally unwilling to even listen to what was needed. All she insisted was that I basically needed to pay a fee to even be listened to. Before i could even respond, she walked off! AT&T welcomed me, asked me to have a seat, listened to my concern and solved it! I DIDN'T EVEN BUY THE PHONE THERE. I BOUGHT IT FROM VERIZON! INEXCUSABLE!!!!

I had lost my cell phone and went in to get a replacement. Come in contact with kj who decided that they knew better than me on what I needed . They mess everything up so bad that I had to call costumer support to somewhat clear things up. Long story short if they ask to help you ask for someone else or leave!!!

**Price Gouging**Back Story: I purchased my new phone from Verizon less than a week ago. The day prior I was at an I-Phone photo class and the instructor said, "You need to run that update." Dutifully I ran the put date that night.The next day I was headed out of town and realized my GPS would not pair with my CarPlay. I did not have this issue prior to the update so I knew it was some singular toggle that needed switched on/off.I stopped at the Verizon store in Willowbrook, a store that seems to lack basic customer service, but this store was on my way out of town.I walked in and they did not seem to be busy. There were plenty of associates standing around. A self-proclaimed manager walked up to me and asked, "What can I do for you?"I explained my situation and that I was fairly sure it was a simple toggle on Siri that was switched to the wrong position.He said, "There will be a $30 service charge to look at your phone."Me, "I just bought this phone less than a week ago from Verizon, not Apple.He repeated himself, ""There will be a $30 service charge to look at your phone. We aren't sure if this will be an easy fix."Me, "Can you look at phone and at least tell me if this will be an 'easy fix'?"He said, "No." and put his hands up in the air as if not to touch my phone. "There will be a $30 service charge to look at your phone."Me, "Is this a corporate store?"He said, "Yes."Me, "And this is how you treat your customers?"He just stood there with a "yes" look on his face.Needless to say, I left angry. I drove north to my traditional store near Oak Brook. Again explained the situation and the associate took my phone from me. Swipe. Click. Click and it was fixed. Hello Willowbrook Verizon! That is what customer service looks like.I have been to the Willowbrook Verizon 1/2 dozen times and have always walked out feeling like they couldn't care less about me. I am just another $ sign.Hopefully I have learned my lesson and will never return to this money gouging store again.

The guy behind the counter was definitely not happy to see me.I am not sure whether he could stand up, because during his very uninvolved greeting he was not professional enough to get his elbows off the counter.His next act was an attempt to convince me that replacing my Kyocera flip phone in an upgrade.None in stock, but could be ordered & delivered in 2 days.He had no way to check whether another store near by could have a replacement in stock.3 strikes - on Verizon part.If you employ this kind of people, I will take my biz somewhere else.BTW - Willowbrook location used to provide a great service.
