Based on customer reviews, Whitmore Ace Hardware is a brand new, clean, and organized store with a great location. The inventory is fantastic, and the store is stocked with everything needed, making it a great alternative to big box stores like Home Depot. The employees are polite, helpful, and honest, always going above and beyond to help customers. The manager is top notch. One customer was helped to find the right battery for a car key fob, and an employee even replaced it for them. Another customer was walked right to the product they needed. There was a big sale on Tuesday, with a flat top grille almost 20% off. Customers say it is their new go-to hardware store and they will be back.
Love this place! Not only is it filled with friendly, helpful humans, but they also have a bit of everything. From pool supplies, to camping essentials to grilling spices, hardware and even sweet gifts from their Water Street section. We find ourselves in there nearly every week!
