Based on customer reviews, Whitmore Ace Hardware is a brand new, clean, and organized store with a great location. The inventory is fantastic, and the store is stocked with everything needed, making it a great alternative to big box stores like Home Depot. The employees are polite, helpful, and honest, always going above and beyond to help customers. The manager is top notch. One customer was helped to find the right battery for a car key fob, and an employee even replaced it for them. Another customer was walked right to the product they needed. There was a big sale on Tuesday, with a flat top grille almost 20% off. Customers say it is their new go-to hardware store and they will be back.

Visited the new Willowbrook location with a plumbing issue where together Liz & Luke worked to solve for me! The store has a great layout, well organized and easy to find what you need. Help was readily available and more knowledgeable than the big box stores. A great addition to have close by in the neighborhood.
