This place is the best. They got me in when nobody else could. Picked my car up right from my job and dropped it right back off. Daisy was great with getting me in ASAP and Monica my advisor was very helpful and truthful and telling me what I did need and what I didn’t need. I highly recommend using this dealership.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give Willowbrook Ford such a negative review. The purchase of a Certified Pre-Driven vehicle was going so smoothly with Brian working with myself and my wife in our purchase. We also purchased the additional Ford Premium warranty. When we initially looked at the Expedition, they had just taken possession of it from a trade in or from an auction. Although the SUV was not detailed or cleaned in anyway, we looked past that and was more interested in it’s running condition and any body damage. We were told it also went through its Ford Blue Certification inspection. We made the purchase without attempting to negotiate. When we went to pick up the SUV, Willowbrook Ford STILL did not have the SUV detailed for delivery to us as buyers. The next day we had the SUV detailed ourselves with an additional out of pocket expense. Also a few weeks later, decided to have the SUV inspected. First of all, between Willowbrook Ford Blue Certified inspection, which posted a 139 point inspection however other documentation we received called for a different Point Inspection. That was another discrepancy that flagged me. When the cabin filter was pulled, which replacement of the cabin filter is part of the Ford delivery inspection, was filthy. In reality, the auto tech did not do their job to completely certify this vehicle to sell as a Ford Certified PreDriven vehicle. I hope Willowbrook Ford is aware there are educated buyers out there and although you may have saved a few bucks on not detailing the vehicle and cutting corners on inspecting the vehicle, you will continue to get reviews such as mine. I also want to mention that I attempted to reach out to Brian, and he would not respond to my emails. This all resulted in “Zero”trust in even bringing my Expedition to Willowbrook Ford for future service.

This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Willowbrook Ford, Dave is an excellent sales representative who listens to your needs and wants. The first truck I purchased from them was a great experience and I left knowing I got the best deal and didn’t feel like they took advantage of me. I originally wanted a white mustang and seen one at Frankfort Ford dealer but because of my prior experience at Willowbrook Ford I would rather do business with them and purchase a vehicle from them. You can’t put a price on having peace and that’s what I have walking out those doors

Good job Ford! Fixed our car as promised. Love that they were able to drive me home after I dropped off the car for repairs. And I love that they put the status of all the repairs in writing. And I especially love that every time we get our car serviced, it comes back all clean and shiny!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. I brought in a 2003 Navigator for servíce. I was told it was not worth fixing and unsafe. The service manager was rude and complained that my truck got his service floor all full of fluid because it had a leak. That's the reason I brought it in genius - so you can find what's leaking and then do your job and fix it. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic and he fixed it up for me. He did say the truck has some rust but is fine to drive. 3 years later it is still running and sitting in my driveway. Maybe, Willowbrook Ford should start selling dresses instead of fixing cars.

Didn’t use the actual dealership but took my car in for repairs to the Body Shop located at this dealership. Normally I don’t leave google reviews but Chris, Genine, and the rest of the team were so incredibly helpful, professional, and fast that I had to leave a review. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs body work done on their car - they had my car back to me in 60 hours

I always go to Willowbrook Ford Bodyshop to get my bodywork done. Chris Jeannine and Mark are awesome. Chris was was accurate and on point with my vehicle expectations. Jeannine waited for me in the rain for me to pick up my vehicle answering questions I had and set up a follow up for the next business day. The body shop guys and painters are miracle workers. They also make the Enterprise car rental seamless. I will always recommend Willowbrook Ford Bodyshop .

I had a problem with my 2018 ***********, was not getting any help from the service **** either, then I rec'v a phone call from ***** the General Manager, that was a great day! He took over my issue and I got results, my car needed a new engine and he was able to get an approval from *** corporate and the engine was replaced, thank goodness for *****, he was great, understanding, kind and very helpful. My car is now all ok and I thank ***** the General Manager for all of his help, ***** is an asset to Willowbrook ***!!!!!!! Thank you *****!

Willowbrook Ford on Kingery Hwy is a great place to take your car to get fixed. Sam, service advisor is a great guy, explained everything that’s I needed to know regarding the work that was performed on my car.I received my car back in a timely manner. And the young man who worked on my car did an excellent job.Willowbrook Ford, is the place to go!

I had the most unbelievable experience today. I brought my car in for a recall. My car was experiencing every issue on the letter and the engine light was on so I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. They took the car in and said it would be a few days. They never told me I would be paying for anything as this was an issue with my type of vehicle. They ran a diagnostic and determined that the problem was not based on the recall and now they are charging me for the diagnostic. The service man and general manager were extremely rude and condescending and literally told me I was stupid for thinking it wasn't going to cost anything. I reported this to the BBB as well as ford consumer affairs. I'm saddened that an icon of a dealership has proven to be one that cannot be trusted. I'm appalled at the way I was treated!

DO NOT GO HERE!! WOMEN BEWARE!! I cant express how awful this experience made me feel today. My fiancé and I brought my car in for a recall and made sure to ask the man who checked my car in 4 SEPARATE TIMES if I would be charged for anything. He said no you're here for a recall but you'll be notified if they find something else wrong and they will only charge you if you give them the go ahead. Got a call today from Matt and he told me I would be charged $170 for a diagnostic that I NEVER AUTHORIZED! This kid was so rude and unprofessional when I expressed my frustration regarding this- he kept interrupting me and said things like "you tell me when you wanna stop yelling at me since you think I'm so rude"... I never raised my voice once. I can only assume Matt doesn't like it when a woman comes in/ uses a stern voice with him. He told me he would have his manager call me and the manager told me if I don't pay he would put a mechanic lien on my car. It's hard enough being a woman going into these places in the first place because they ALWAYS treat us different/poorly. But this has really sealed the deal on the worst experience I've ever had. I ended up picking my car up without them even doing the recall as I don't trust them not to do something to my car. DO NOT GO HERE

First time having service done here on my new Kia. Sam did an amazing job and took very good care of me. He was very detailed about what was going to be done with me car. Came to pick it up Sam is super friendly.

They aren't the fastest figuring out the problems and fixing them but there customer support is awesome. Diane is the best! You hope that you get her when bringing your vehicle in for service. Top notch courtesy, makes you feel like comfortable. Couldn't be more happy.
