Safety is NOT a priority here, but sleazy bait-n-switch practices are when it comes to SAFETY recalls.
Had a safety recall on my 2026 Kia Carnival, was quoted that it would take 1-2 hours. Foolishly I thought “Great!” Like an idiot I showed up and got the typical sleazy car dealership bait-n-switch of “oh yeah it’ll take up to 24 hours for us to JUST do a recall, but if you want to do service we can probably do it within an hour.” Talk about sleazy and dirty, I’ll rather go anywhere else than this place to even use the restroom.

Several weeks ago, I contacted WIllowbrook Kia as the had one of the only RWD Kia EV-6 GT-Line vehicles within my region. I let Anthony (my issued salesperson) know that I was ready to proceed to take delivery of the vehicle immediately sight unseen. Living about 200 miles away, I informed Anthony that I would need to fly into ORD as it would simplify things. Soon after this, Anthony responds that the vehicle has both hail damage and severe scratches and would need to be sent to the body shop for repair. I let him know that I still wanted to proceed, but I have been totally ghosted by him with any updates. I have reached out many times to both him and the dealership and it has been crickets. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I have never had a dealership treat me as well as this Kia dealership. Honesty - communication - and compassion at the top of their culture. Things don’t have to be perfect to be treated perfect. Danny was the most amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will never go anywhere again as long as I can help it. They have completely won my business over 10 fold. We LOVE our new EV6!

Willowbrook has been the best Kia dealership experience so far. I was in the market for my 3rd Telluride. My previous two came from other dealers. I knew exactly what I wanted and found their price on their website. I was connected with Simeon and we did the entire transaction via text message. Their price was by far the best one I received, and he did everything I asked of him. Every other dealer tried to get me to come in to in which I didn't have time for.
Car was ready in pristine condition when I arrived. Signed the papers and drove it off the lot within 90 minutes of arriving! They didn't try to layer in any extra "packages" or "service contracts".
Kudos to the Simeon and the Willowbrook team. I plan on returning for my next Telluride!

We purchased our first car from Willowbrook Kia and decided to go back to purchase another car 16 years later. We traded in our old car as well. Simeon greeted us on the lot and right from the start provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, empathetic and a great communicator. His easy going - no pressure approach was appreciated and really made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was friendly. Buyback program total scam they get you up there so they can run your credit and then they lie to you and tell you that it's not going to hurt your credit what is a hard pull on your credit then with the soft smile they look at you and let you know they can't help you try to take my car note up 150.00 don't think I will ever do business with them again not nice people to do business with ??
