I have been taking my sweet boy to this office since I first moved here in 2018, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This review is LONG overdue but Dr. Bishop and Dr. Lopiccolo really go out of their way and take their time to make sure your animals are well taken care of! Both of my pups hate having their nails trimmed (and they are definitely not easy to deal with), but the doctors and staff have never made me feel like they were a headache to deal with (even though I definitely know they are lol).
Absolutely love how dedicated they are to making sure you and your babies feel comfortable and at ease. Earlier today my pup ripped his nail off and I was so worried ( not knowing how serious it was or wasn’t) and Dr. Bishop found time to fit me in first thing in the morning so I could still make it to work and also make sure my baby was ok. He got my pup all wrapped up and even found time to complete all his shots that he was due for so I didn’t need to bring him back next week. Not only that, but he will always go out of his way to offer any assistance you might need to make the appointments run smoother.
HUGE shout out to the doctors and staff for always handling my dogs’ nail trims, they say thank you and so do I ?

The vet techs are very welcoming and helpful here, and both Dr. Bishop and Dr. LoPiccolo take the time to understand and connect with your pets and offer valuable suggestions for their well-being. We love our two dogs very much and feel like we can rely on their expertise and caring approach to help our dogs live longer, happier lives. Thank you to all at Willowgrove Pet Clinic!

The vet techs at this clinic are amazing and Dr. Bishop is great as well. My 12 year old cat ,Pats couldn’t keep any food or water down last week so I scheduled an appointment for an exam and full bloodwork. I scheduled the appt for Friday. Thankfully the vet techs get details when you call about an issue with your pet and told me I needed to come Wednesday and could pay Friday when I got paid. Pats could’ve died of dehydration by Friday. The girls drew her blood while we waited for Dr. LoPiccolo. She arrived at the clinic and was clearly upset that the techs chose to save my cat’s life because I couldn’t pay the bill for 2 days. After a brief physical exam, Dr. LoPiccolo said that there were multiple serious concerns with Pats. She said that she most likely had both kidney and liver disease, that I’d need to give her IV fluids at home to keep her alive and that would never work with Pats bc of her attitude. Then she told me I should prepare for euthanasia and cremation. Yep, cremation. I worked maybe 4 hours Thursday and Friday bc I was emotionally destroyed and wanted to be at home with my dying cat. I told everyone close to me I was losing her. Dr. Bishop gave me the results of the bloodwork Friday afternoon and her kidneys are a little concerning but no cancer and she’s ok.
Had the techs not drawn blood before the exam (a $400 service) Dr. LoPiccolo might have just put Pats down right away. That cat is the love of my life and I was in hell for 2 days thinking I was losing her. I won’t go back bc I can’t risk her having a medical emergency when Dr. Bishop isn’t there. THANK YOU to the techs for saving her life. I’d trust them with my pets forever if not for her.

I am so very grateful for Dr. LoPiccolo and Dr. Bishop. We have had 3 pets come to see them both, and the care has been exceptional! Specifically, my cat Beowulf was a super senior cat, and he made it to be 21 years old and I truly credit Dr. LoPiccolo with that accomplishment. She was able to care for Beo with a knowledge and level of personal commitment that is unmatched in any other veterinary clinic. She was thoughtful, thorough, and presented every option to him clearly and completely. Even when we discussed tough issues, she provided me with all of the options so I could make the best choice for my Beowulf. I truly believe he lived the additional 4 years he had because of her direct and fully devoted care. Thanks to the entire Willowgrove clinic team!

Excellent Care & Treatment!I have been taking my pet to WillowGrove Pet Clinic for over a year and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and the wide range of treatment options they offer.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel at ease. The clinic had a clean and well-maintained environment, which reassured me that my pet would be receiving the best possible care.The veterinarians (Dr. John and Annemarie) were not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring towards my furry baby. They took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explaining the diagnosis and treatment options in a way that I could easily understand. It was evident that they had a true passion for animals and their well-being.Overall, I can't recommend WillowGrove clinic enough. Dr bishop is the best! Called them today and explained what was going on with my cat. Got an appointment the same day! You can tell that him and his staff genuinely care about the animals ?! Amazing service!!!!

The doctors and staff work very hard to take care of our dogs. Our dogs have no fear coming for their checkups. Drs. Bishop and Lopiccolo will answer all of your questions.
