When consigning and shopping, Nicole is great to work with. She takes pride and care in thoughtfully selecting kids clothing and gear. This translates into shopping opportunities where you can find new and like-new kids clothing for very reasonable prices. I have found too many great pieces to count for my three girls here! We are lucky to have Gabriel’s Closet in Park Ridge!”

Shop here for gifts for kids and friends. All gift items are brand new and the clothes are sold on consignment. I saw many brand new items and the prices were incredibly reasonable. They have a little bit of everything for your family.
They also offer gift wrapping and shipping.

Vanessa, the owner, is truly passionate about her work, which is evident in both the store's atmosphere and her personal touch. The book she wrote (Chicago Love’s Me) I've given as a gift to several new parents, and it's always been appreciated. Vanessa's love for what she does really makes this place stand out. Highly recommend for thoughtful gifts and excellent customer service!”
“Hands down best baby store in the city. Walked in here on a recommendation and Corey spent >1hr explaining differences in strollers, playards, nursery furniture, baby gear we had never heard of, etc. without upselling and with a candid nature not always seen but definitely much appreciated by us first-time clueless soon-to-be parents. We did a deep dive and geeked out on technical aspects which I appreciated.
Rachel, Corey and the team are extremely kind, helpful and professional, always promptly responding emails and accommodating requests. We have been back multiple times and set up our registry to link to the store. White glove delivery of our nursery furniture was fantastic as well.
Didn’t think I would have a “baby guy” but now I do.

Laddies clothing sorted by small, medium, large, extra large. Yes carry for purses and tote bags. Cases full of gorgeous costume jewelry ... modern, vintage and well made (Etsy quality) handmade necklaces, bracelets and watches. Area for clothing and toys for children. Yes shoes too. The staff are professional and dedicated. Yes I purchased amazing items. I would visit again if I'm in the area. In business more 40 years. Support small business.”

Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. “I mail ordered some jeans I liked but needed to exchange for a different size. Samantha helped ring out the exchanges at the register and exchange an item on the floor while Mary checked in the back stock to look for one of my items. They ended up finding the same jeans, color and style, just in the size I requested. Great helpful staff! Aside from myself they kept helping others in checkout and the store is always organized and clean. They deserve recognition and appreciation!”

“With the closure of the Oak Street Athleta location (RIP) this location has now become my go-to. It's been a minute since I've stopped in, but was in earlier this month for some post-birthday retail damage (I had gift cards :)). It seems like the store has been spruced up (lighter, brighter interior) since my last time coming here. Connie helped me with sizes/fit questions and am glad that she has landed here as she used to work at the Oak Street location. I will be back for sure!”
“I had an amazing time at Gap #1456 on Southport all because of an associate by the name of Brenda this young lady really knows her stuff‼️ She’s very knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and is the reason why I came back to this particular store which isn’t necessarily my favorite however, I came back because of Brenda and how she treated me the last time I was here! “A really neat girls boutique with all the latest trendy things that girls wanna get these days. Sticker, fashion, trinkets, glamour girlz is a great local business that's been around for 11 years. They do parties as well. Plenty of free street parking in highland park, just about 1-2 blocks east of the Metra tracks.”
