Bought a spa here assuming overpaying would get me better service. As soon as they had my money they stopped returning calls, being polite or answering questions. Had to go up there the day it was delivered to get them to talk to me after they wouldn't return my calls about issues. Had to pay extra to get the parts they didn't deliver or install. Was told to google my questions and to contact the manufacturer with any issues (tried and waited on hold an hour before giving up and turning to reddit). Each of the four interactions they denied saying something they clearly stated to my wife and I the prior time. Get everything clearly in writing and don't expect any support after they have your money.
June 2025 - Lowered my review from two stars to one. They responded to this post but not any of my calls, had to deal with Sundance direct for a warranty issue.

I recently purchased a hot tub and patio furniture from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, David was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help.
The salesperson who helped me, Dana, was especially impressive—clearly an expert on the different hot tub models and materials for outdoor furniture. She answered all my questions and gave honest recommendations that suited my needs and budget.
The quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and the delivery process was smooth and on time. My backyard has been completely transformed, and I’ve already received tons of compliments.
Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great service, high-quality products, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future outdoor upgrades!

I would highly advise against purchasing from here. We were taken advantage of and purchased outdoor furniture that we were told was covered under warranty and would last at least 5 years. We were sold on a specific type of material that we were told was high quality. The furniture was destroyed within 2 months from an animal (it’s OUTDOOR furniture, of course animals are around ) and only then we were told the warranty didn’t cover that. This was never mentioned. When we reached out to the store, the customer service was disgraceful. There was no meeting halfway for some sort of replacement, fix, refund, or store credit - in fact they were incredibly rude and not professional. We had planned to purchase a dining table and chairs from them for next summer, but I will never make a purchase from this store again. Look elsewhere unless you want to throw money away.

Two stars for the in-store customer service because Micky deserves double stars. He helped us choose a perfect spa for a uniquely configured space, and it arrived even faster than he said it would so everything was looking great...UNTIL it came time to schedule delivery. We were told that the delivery team would place the spa according to our directions and have it all unpacked and ready for electrical hook up. Nothing close to that happened. Instead, they dumped the tub (still fully packed) smack in the middle of the spot where stairs are being built and nowhere near where they were instructed to place it. When I called to get them to come back and fix it the entire process was delayed another four days which was a HUGE problem as we were leaving town and didn't want our backyard left in disarray. Beyond unhappy with this company.
