The bad reviews puzzle me. I've used this location a number of times for Amazon returns and I've never had any issues. Staff has always been quick and efficient. I just wish they were open a little later.

friendly customer service! it’s so nice to bring something that needs to be shipped with no packaging and no label and they make it happen! Herald was amazing and so helpful and had a great attitude!

wouldn’t recommend this ups store, they overcharge for everything even for tape! I miss the old owners, the new ones seem like they’re just letting this place burn down.

Always had good service, but they should honor their business hours. If you aren't going to open til after 8:30am then change your hours.

Not sure why some folks don’t like this store? I come in drop off returns boxes, they print out a receipt and I’m in and out of there for n 2 minutes. What’s not to like?

On May 22, 2023, the woman that worked there was extremely unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She refused to finalize the order after the client requested that she correct the shipping details. Management should take action.
