I arrived just after 11:00pm after they had already closed the doors. I only needed something quick and they were very nice and opened the doors for me. It was very kind of the manager.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. There is always a line out the door and only 1 or maybe 2 working. It's very frustrating. They break for lunch and dinner and still don't have enough help. Try not and go here.

Don't get your vaccines here! Even with an appt they are running more than 40 min late. We still aren't in. The woman giving the vaccines keeps disappearing. I am thinking of volunteering, lining everyone up and getting the shots done in 60 seconds for all. Ridiculous.

Zero stars for pharmacy's vaccine service. Made an appointment, put up with 20 reminders texts, checked in online ahead of time (as prompted by multiple texts), and got there early. Waited and waited while others walked up w/o appointments and got vaccines. I used my waiting time to book an appointment at CVS where I got prompt, good service.

Zach works the register and is the reason to come into the store. He is helpful and moves things along. He is always happy to chat while checking out and keeps things interesting in a polite customer service way.
Walgreens itself is fine; it's a Walgreens. Not the cheapest stuff, but quick and you know what's there. To give it a 3 stars would imply it's bad, 5 stars, then it's the best freaking Walgreens there is. Neither is true. It's fine and that's okay too.

I took me a while to realize how consistently bad the service is here. All the people at the counter are stressed out and rude. I would say they need training in handling customers but really just common sense/courtesy. Just the other day I was picking up a medication that is very personal. The pharmacist shouted it out loud with several people behind me in line. I was honestly shocked by her lack of awareness, it was incredibly embarrassing but again, these things should be common sense. Like being discreet with people’s medications. The pharmacists talks down to you, as if I even want to be there in the first place. Prescriptions take forever and come to think of it, I’ve probably picked up here roughly 10 times since I moved to the area and there has always been some type of setback while picking up. Whether it’s a delay or the prescription is not available even though I get calls multiple times a day by Walgreens telling me they are ready. Seems to only be this location. Maybe theres a toxic manager that creates this type of work environment. I didn’t realize it until I saw everyone’s comments with the same experience. Will be switching pharmacies

Told me my prescription wasn't ready and to come back in 20 min. Came back 30 min later and they hadn't even started filling it, and I was told to come back in another 20 min.

This Walgreens is located off of Green Bay and has a small lot for your vehicle. The pharmacy seems to be well-stocked and is the go-to if other surrounding Walgreens' pharmacies are out of something. The medications are filled quickly, but note that this place gets super busy, so you'll always run into a line. Staff are friendly, but a bit inefficient. +well-stocked pharmacy +small lot available for parking

your cashiers behave inappropriately, they are rude, they demand incomprehensible documents, when you give one ID document, she asks for another document as a sign of confirmation of the first document, it feels like I’m in a market!!

I’ve been a Walgreens pharmacy user for several years, and have only had concerns with this specific pharmacy.
Their staff often make careless errors (e.g. forgetting to scan a medication, sending reminders about medications that are not ready, hanging up the phone without finishing a conversation, etc.)
We are all human and all have our days, but my doctors are not comfortable with me using this pharmacy due to their borderline wrecklessness at times when it comes to managing medications.
When confronted with their errors, staff are often combative and rude. I cannot recommend this pharmacy—my review is not unique, unfortunately this is common at this location. It is wild to me, since I’ve never had an issue with a Walgreens before!

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. As you can see by the reviews. Dropped my Rx at 5pm hoping they could fill it while I waited. She says no, it'll be at least an hour, come back after 6. 745pm, and they still haven't started it. Of course. Everything is always a mess here
