Was leery of such a big online presence having a retail location. Looks small from the outside but once you're inside you realize it's a grower, not a shower. Staff was top notch and aren't too pushy. Didn't see any on their phones or looking miserable. Will come back again.

Really cool. Kind of reminds me of IKEA with the layout. Some things you can buy in store, but most things have a QR code tag that you scan to buy online and have shipped straight to your home for free.

I refuse to buy anything from Wayfair because of their return policy. The consumer is buying a product sight unseen (physically) and should not be penalized to pay for shipping if the product isn’t as expected from the picture. Amazon has the right customer focused policy.

Large store with a huge selection. I went in to make a return which was easy. Walked around to look at furniture, which all showed signs of wear and tear after being in the showroom for some time. Furniture sales are all QR code-based. They also have some home decor you can take home that day.

Had to drop off a dining table that was delivered but wasn't the correct item. Easy to find & drop off the item for return. Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking was easy.

The good thing is it isn’t as confusing as ikea. Pretty good selection of furniture! Besides that, the employees are really helpful.

Furniture was like returned or over stock. More so “clearance” items that were still expensive. The did have 60-70% off couches and chairs . You may not get a set but more so a single couch.

We found a couch online,;we assembled it, extremely uncomfortable, the ground is more comfortable.Never buy any furnitire online because you can't test it out.Terrible customer service, only auto Ai text responses,Terrible return poilcy,you pay for shipping.We will never purchase anything again from Wayfair

Really cute lil place. Two floors. It’s like a combination of IKEA and Marshall’s. They have a little bit of everything. Their food was GREAT.

Got a dinner set at Wilmette showroom and got one piece broken. Fun thing is someone glued in the broken piece and put back as if nothing happened.
