When I pulled in I drove through the gate and went to the west side of the building to check in with receiving. I was two hours early for appointment, was given a door and unloaded within an hour.

I've loaded there twice. Both times quick and easy. Second time I picked up there I was late by like 30 minutes due to my other receiver held me up. But the lady didn't say a word just put me right to a door and I was loaded within 30-45 minutes. Back in doors closed they do everything from the inside and seal it up when they are done.

Very slow dudes. They will not take you more than half an hour before the appointment. 9:45 check in, Got the door at 10, At 11 they started loading. Finished at 11:50

I wish I could remember the woman at the office name because she was a sweetheart. Also wanna give a shout out to the yard jockey that helped me get where i needed to be. In and out no problem. They have you back in with doors closed which was new to me but hey I'm all for less work!

Great place! Ladies at the front office were pleasant. Checked in hour before hand, was given a dock and then promptly loaded. Got my paperwork and was on my way

Arrived at 9:30 for a 1:00 appointment. Told me to return at 12:00 to check in. Ok, that’s a reasonable request. Come back at 12:00 and they assign me a door with a trailer already on it. They said it should only be a little bit. 1:00 rolls around and door still occupied. Finally get a call at 1:15 and they assign me a different dock door that’s been open for 45 minutes.
Get the green light at 3:15 so I walk down to the office as instructed for my paperwork. They say they couldn’t close my door from the inside so I have to walk back, pull up, close the door so they can seal it then come back. Finally leave at 3:30.
Their organization and communication is very poor. Everyone seems to move very lethargically. No sense of urgency there at all.

When you are entering the gate go straight up for shipping if for delivery make left just before the building on other side of the building. They are fast in loading and unloading. Bathroom and wending machines are available. Don’t know about their schedule hours.

Bad place. I came at 10 am check in for 1pm appointment. They said, comeback and I rechecked 12:20pm, got a door and wait. When It was was 3:20pm. I was told that they are not going to laod me because of the minor trailer issue. I said why don't you tell me when I first come. Very bad attitude

Very lazy guys take 4 hrs to load. Gave me dock at 11 am and released me at 4 pm. Very rude shipper
