They didn't salt today with with freezing rain and I paid the price. As I sit crying on the sidewalk my son went inside to get help whete not a single employee could be found. I told him to go ask the pharmacist to find someone. Luckily shoppers from other businesses were kind enough to help me. Someone got salt and put it all around me and two people helped me up and inside. Once inside I asked to fill out an incident report in the event that I needed to seek medical attention and the employee refused. She said she was the only one there and the MOD and that she couldn't salt or help because she had to much to do inside the store. She blamed another business for not salting her area even though every other business was salted. CVS is already overpriced with zero competition in the area, and now they are showing how irresponsible and callus the employees are. Not owning up to a mistake and negligence when you injured a person just shows how terrible they are. I will be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy up north because of their negligence and irresponsibility.

I will never go there again. The pharmacist needs to be replaced. She talks to you like a dog. We have been here for a year and I was so happy to see a CVS. Now I will never spend another dime in any CVS.

This pharmacy is a joke... Staff is often rude and uncaring. They are constantly out of common medications (every single time they tell me "There is a national shortage" for my husbands meds and that is simply a lie - I check every time, it has only been true once for one of my sons medications). They charge way too much for nearly every prescription, they don't take BCBS, and their knowledge of medication interactions borders on incompetence.

I filled a single prescription here months ago and will NOT stop getting automated calls/voicmails on how I can refill a prescription for a 90 day supply... I get these calls randomly and sometimes several times a day. I've called the store, called the 1800 number and after jumping through hoops to talk to the right person, it should've been resolved. I still get the calls/voice-mail.

The other reviews are true, the current pharmacist "Gina" decides if you will maybe get your meds refilled in 2 days, or 2 weeks depending on how HER day is going. 99% rude and not helpful with answering med interactions. My MD got fed up with issues and sent my RX's to different pharmacy in town to save more money on scripts and save time by picking up on time, as scheduled. CVS is constantly out of stock for basic items.

I go here regularly because it's close by and convenient for me...People in the front are very nice, but everytime I go here to pick up my medicines, usually I end up dealing with Ashley the head pharmacist, and customer service from her is lousy! she's Always grumpy, doesn't establish eye contact when she's talking, raising her voice & getting an attitude without any reason whatsoever.. even if I have questions about a certain medication? so unless that changes, since I go here mostly for my medicines anyway, I'm thinking of relocating to a different pharmacy

I'm here in town visiting my children and I developed a severe tooth infection. I knew I had to see my dentist but I'd have to wait till I got back home in Florida because it will take several appointments. I knew I needed an antibiotic so I went online and found an online doctor who prescribed me the antibiotic and they electronically sent it to CVS in Wilmington.CVS got the prescription filled right away, I stayed at home a bit over an hour for the prescription to come through but as soon as I got there they had it ready for me!I had one of those Good RX coupons and I asked her if she took the coupon and she said yes I do but your prescription is less than the coupon price. I was so happy! I walked in and out and I got the antibiotics I needed. I never use an online doctor before so I was really nervous, but CVS filled the prescription with no problem and I was on my way to curing my tooth infection. Thank you!

I will never go here again even though its 5 minutes away. The pharmacy is terrible and they make up their own rules about when a script can be filled. CVS is now just as bad, if not worse, thank Walgreens. I now take the long drive to Osco where I know my script can be filled every 28 days instead of 30. (I get a 28 day supply every month) The pharmacist at CVS tells me I have to wait 30 days on a 28 day supply of medication, I have been taking the same medication for 8 years and never had a problem until CVS and Walgreens started making up their own rules. It makes no sense, all CVS is doing is driving customers away.
