Just purchased a Sea Doo from Dockside.
After shopping around, this place quoted me out the door $1k less than some other places like iMotorsports Inc. for the exact same, new 2025 machine.
I was able to upgrade because of the savings.
Chris helped me out with everything.
He was VERY helpful and had everything ready for me before I came in to pick it up.
I was in and out of there with my new, registered wave-runner in about 1 hour!
I was happy to have the rest of the day to break her in on Lake Michigan

Went in to buy two brand new Atv and possibly a new side by side. Walked in three workers in the building one at the the counter other two walking around between sales floor and counter. Spent 20 minutes looking at a coupke different options. Not one person said a word. No hello, no welcome in, no how can I help you today, NOTHING. So me and the wife left and went to Shorewood home and auto and bought two tabs from them. Went to these guy to support local but my goodness put at least some effort into acknowledging your customers

I had Hassleless Purchase of a Can-Am Outlander 850. I Got the Plow Set up I Liked and they Loaded it up For Delivery on My Trailer. Awsome Place with Alot Of Cool Stuff and Full Service Department

Bought a new snowmobile from Kris today. I really appreciated the straight forward and honest approach. I also noticed that they have a great selection of other inventory. Even though there are dealers much closer to me, Dockside will be my first choice when I look for an ATV. I rarely write reviews, but this top notch business earned my positive one. I highly recommend you look here first.

They told me that my seadoo was to old to work on and they wouldn’t work I’m on it kinda sad tbh would not recommend this place they only like easy fixes

I have been thinking on this for awhile so here it goes. Being charged 2 hours for 30 mins of work . That came from the person who worked on it not cool. Not tighting bolts that were sapose to be not cool . I did call but was told bring it in , so being over charged and bolts not being tighten surething. While the work was being done I stopped in to see the new machines and found one. Man I was ready to buy one but when I asked about discounts or promotions i was looked at like w h a t. The positive reviews must be from family and friends.

I highly recommend them for service on Can-Am Spyders. Jeff was very helpful. I got a lot of work done and they got me back running in a timely fashion!

Had my Can Am Ryker serviced and rear tire changed with this company and they definitely screwed me over. I do not recommend no one to patronize them. First of all they didn't check my ryker to see if any coolant was in the bike while performing an oil change. They did send me a coolant in the mail for me to put in the bike myself. Also I had a new rear tire installed and the bike ran like crap after that. So I took it to Maxim in Indiana and they said the rear was not installed correctly. Terrible service after spending close to 800 bucks. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I don’t have words. These men and women that work here are the most professional, patient and funny people I ever worked with in a sale of any vehicle. If you want professional service professional attitudes all around good hearted people to work with you should go to DOCKSIDE…they are so welcoming and they do amazing work.. they always take care of my Rhinestone Spyder.. I tried other places before I found them and was always upset… now that I go to Dockside I am always pleased.. and they try their best to get you in and out… try them out you will not regret it…

I bought a Can Am here. When I came in I already had a idea of what I wanted, Kris the Sales manager had spoken to be prior to coming in and he was able to answer any questions I had. There was no pressure to buy or anything was really refreshing.
