“I'm an Etsy seller who needs to ship out 60-90 packages a week, and I have tried several post offices in Chicago and have had multiple bad experiences with things not getting sent where they need to or getting lost in transit. Thsi is the first post office where that has been the case--AND the line is short, moves fast, and the people are kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

We just moved here 5 years ago and I have never seen them NOT smile when you walk in the door. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. They are like family!”

“People always seem to have problems with our post office but not me. They are very careful with all my packages I have to ship, and pretty fast. Not as fast as ups but are much more caring with packages. I will be using usps from now on, because too many of my packages have been broken while using ups. So thank you!”
“Today it wasn't busy at all! It was pretty empty! They have a lady working the line before you get there to make sure you have all your stuff ready before reaching the window. Honestly helps make the line run smoother I was sending a letter via certified mail so I had to fill out paper work before and I didn't know that. So when I reached the window all I had to do was pay. Pretty easy!”
