I thought it was just me but trying to make an appointment the second time I get the same lady to schedule an appointment and she is still very rude then slammed the phone because I’m sick and she can’t hear me. The first time it was just a checkup and I was well it’s too bad because the doctor and nurse are great. I pray she learns compassion for others. Who needs that when you are sick.

My husband I have have been going to Dr Chatrath for 20 years we've lived in the area. Wouldn't have it any other way. His Nurse Practitioner, Keri is wonderful. Heidi is a very nice, warm, and friendly face at the reception desk. Only negative about this office is that not all front desk personnel are a nice as Heidi. But overall I still give this medical group a 5.

Went in to visit Dr Maceren was looking for a new doctor because my primary doctor and I had a disagreement. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Doctor literally yelled at me. I have never experienced this in my life a doctor treating a patient like that. 1/10 because the office lady was nice so was the nurse

I love everything about K. Prokop but the desk staff is absolutely rude. I don't typically leave negative reviews but this has to be addressed; you can't have a desk staff that doesn't properly greet people or when they call they pretend not to hear you and hang up after being on hold for 6 minutes (sometimes longer) - when i called back with a simple question i was very polite only to get rejected and sent to the other center. Thats all fine, it absolutely happens, it just wouldn't be as poor of an experience if it was just handled better and with more tact.

No problem with the doctors just the desk. They are rude and untrustworthy I leave a messageand they don't give it to my doctor.to bad I have to find someone else after 16 years of going there. FYI it's the over weight blonde that is the problem. By KP im going to miss you.

Horrible customer care, the manager is rude and is not an honest individual, doctors constantly run 30-45 minutes late, push pills that are not needed, won’t return phone calls, won’t answer the phone, the girls where you check in are constantly rude & stone faced, and the overall experience is horrible. My family has been going there since 2012, and I can sadly say we are now willing to drive 45 minutes for regular appointments just to avoid this place! It’s just gets worse and worse every year! Dr. Chatrath is the only doctor worth a grain of salt, but it’s too hard to see him.

For me they have always been nice and helpful. I love who I see Wendy Dyer NP she tells me straight up what is going on and we go from there.

They were a contributing factor to my daughter's death!!! Dr. Chatrath and the medical staff took my daughter off Vivatrol that had kept her clean and recovery, turned their back to her and my family and said they will no longer accept her as a patient IN A LETTER!!! I will NEVER use a penny of my EXCELLENT insurance that she was also covered under at ANY Riverside facility, my family and some friends have already begun the process of finding different doctors AND I WILL CONTINUE to spread my word and get other families to follow! After OVER 15 years of being a patient here I CAN NOT BELIEVE how my daughter and my family was turned away.... I wish the same fate on this doctor

Low rating from me Md wouldn't help put me on oxygen did not order a test of and hospitalized many times was put on it 24/7 idoit
