Every time if I need something fast food wise I would say go to caseys its the best their pizza is sooooooo good I get on every day when im with my mom I go there and I think you guys should get a slushies for kids like a slushie maker

Ordered a breakfast pizza at 9:23, gave an estimated time to be ready at 9:38. Drove 10 minutes to get to the location, two ladies are talking in the pizza area, cashier is chit chatting with presumably a regular. Get to the register at 9:44, and ask for the pizza. Cashier looks funny at me, I show her the screenshot of the order. She walks into the kitchen and says “ oh, she forgot your order, it will be ten more minutes.” Pay for the order, she runs out of receipt tape. While I’m still standing now with four people behind me in line, “do you need your receipt?” Not friendly, no smile and made me feel like I did something wrong. I won’t come back to this Casey’s.
*Edit* When my pizza was finished, what I perceived to be a manager apologized and offered me a fountain beverage.

Absolutely horrible! Just picked up my pizzas drove home open my Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, no onions, no cheddar cheese, and NO BACON! basically a beef pizza with the ketchup mustard sauce. I called and get "oh well I'm sorry anything else" really. Some things never change

Very pleasant and helpful staff and the manager was very pleasant and professional. She was in the kitchen helping her staff like a great manager would do. She deserves the respect of her staff.
