Very happy with the service here. Puppy was looking great and clearly had a good time, very friendly and understanding. Owner definitely follows all directions and needs and my pup feels safe here. Competitively priced and great to support to small, local business. We will be returning soon.

I can't recommend because they can't reply to phone calls. I can give them a day but 5 calls and 5 days is silly. The Barking Lot on Gary and Geneva are no better. If you have enough clients and can't help anyone else then just say closed to new clients. No worries.

Been taking my dog here for years and she always gets excited to get pampered. She always comes back as a happy pupper. Love that my dog gets a different bandana each time too.

Open by appointment only Monday- Friday. I book by appointment only to try & limit the number of dogs here at one time. This helps limit the noise & hopefully some of the stress that can come with getting groomed. This way I too can stay focused on your dog & any of the special needs your pup may have. This is usually good for puppies, older dogs & dogs with any anxiety or special needs. One on one environment as much as possible.
