“We recently visited Fruitful Yield looking for organic honey, but it was out of stock due to a miscalculation in their inventory. Since we had traveled 30 miles using both bus and Uber, the staff went above and beyond, offering us a discount for our next visit to make up for the inconvenience.

A few days later, they followed up with a call to let us know the honey was back in stock. When we returned, they honored the discount without hesitation. Both ladies working there were incredibly friendly, making the experience pleasant and seamless.

The store is beautiful, clean, and well-organized with a welcoming atmosphere that reflects their care for both products and customers. Their commitment to great service really stood out, and although we are far out, we would definitely be shopping here again anytime we come by. Highly recommended!”

The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and I have gotten to know them more over the last few years.Even though this fruitful yield is not one of the largest locations, it regularly has an excellent inventory of a multiplicity of products.My fiancé and I are big fans of the Digest Ultimate from Now and recently have seen similar results with the new Masszymes Advanced Enzyme Formula from BIOptimizers.We also regularly buy probiotics, depending on what’s on sale and what has worked for us. We also love buying the various healthy food products.Fruitful yield also regularly has good sales in the health and beauty aid section.This fruitful yield is always very clean; and yes if anyone’s asking there is a restroom available for customers, and it’s always clean.I highly recommend in Naperville Fruitful Yield.”

“I just left this location with my husband. Upon walking in the manager, John, greeted us right away and asked if he could help us find anything. As soon as I explained the protein supplement I needed, he grabbed it off the shelf for me right away, and didn't try to upsell me which was nice and took the pressure off of shopping around after. My husband made a comment on the price difference between the Total War preworkout on their shelf versus what is sold at a competitor and John provided intelligent feedback on why that might be and went above and beyond to check the product details and what ingredients might be adjusted for them to sell it as a smaller margin. Upon finding out the ingredients were the same, John offered a deal and provided amazing customer service, which is why we will continue to drive the distance from Montgomery to this location for our supplements in the future!! “Update: 12/18/22The very next day, the franchise owner reached out to me after a back and forth email with the Store Manager. They reached out to try and resolve the matter, this was not requested by me, however they took it upon themselves to address the issue. I great appreciate the effort and speaks highly of their character.Again, I'm still frustrated with "GNC" and this issue, but appreciate franchise owner for reaching out to me on this.I've updated my review from 1 Star to 4 Star purely on the Franchise owner's actions.Original review below:Beware, this is NOT an GNC location which is part of "GNC". “Getting back into the gym and decided to try out some supplements. Adam was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. He gave me recommendations for a leaner whey protein powder thats effective for recovery and muscle gain, and a great all in one pre workout.”

“Not sure why there’s a cafe if no one is ever available to make a drink. I come pretty often to this Whole Foods location and every time I ask if someone can come to the cafe to make drink they always say no one is available and I only ask during the cafe hours.”

“During fall and wintertime, I usually shop a couple times a week picking up the hot deli chicken noodle soup, which seems to be one of your better selling soups. It is delicious but most of the time I have to almost empty the kettle into one large container. By the time I’m finished, their’s not enough soup for the next customer. A few times when the kettle is completely empty, I’ll ask one of your deli personnel to please refill it, which sometimes takes a few minutes, or they will direct me to your prepackaged cold containers in the refrigerator, but I would prefer the hot soup in the kettle. I have noticed your deli personnel checking the temperatures of the kettles, but if they could also make an extra effort to refresh the chicken noodle soup more often, it would be appreciated. Thanks, and your cashiers are awesome.”
