Master Frank is amazing-He has led virtual training that my son (who has special needs) has participated in. And it’s remarkable how motivated my son is during class! What an inspiration!

Frank is very professional and caring sbout all of his students. He is very good as a teacher. He is sensitive to their needs. We have enjoyed working with him and WDSRA the past few years.

Lions Panzek Martial Arts - Traditional martial arts for the entire family located in Winfield, IL. Classes for self-defense, children, families, adults, and for those with special needs. All classes are taught by tae kwon do 5th degree black belt Master Frank Panzek. Studying martial arts has been shown to help with bullying, self-discipline, self-esteem, listening skills, coordination, and flexibility to name a few things. There is evidence that martial arts can also help those with special needs including ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and others.
