Prices increase almost every 4 months. Im currently paying near $100/month for a unit that is advertised as $25/month. They also changed the door on my unit, which means construction workers had access to my things for an extended period of time AND that I no longer have access to my unit until I go in during office hours to pick up a key. The most insane part of all of this... there was ZERO notification of this change. So now when I try to access my unit outside of office hours, I cannot get into my unit. AGAIN with ZERO notification of this change. Do NOT trust these people with your belongings!Update :today I got the new key to the new door on my unit. The doors are now just 1 piece of corrugated steel instead of the solid doors that were on there before. They are much more flimsy and have much less thermal protection from the cold. Also when they returned my original lock to me, it was very clear not the lock I had on my door. My $30 lock could not be found. Again, do NOT trust this place with your belongings. If you care that little about your stuff, just throw it out instead of paying these people to be so careless it.

My experience at Public Storage has been great! It has been a very convenient and affordable place to keep all of my stuff that I didn’t have room for in my place. Adriana was great and always provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Overall a great overall experience and will be using them again in the future.
