Terrible customer service. I get charged for random things like needing my prepaid envelopes to be “non machinable”. The lady is always unpleasant and rude and acts like she absolutely hates being there and takes it out on her customers. I’ve never had a good interaction here.

Brought a package in with a prepaid label. Told me I had to buy tape to tape my label onto the package. Came back the next day, told me that the prepaid label was underpaid and I had to pay the difference. This is both fine….but the lady with the braid was flat out rude both times

Rashmi helped me today after another women refused to help me during passport walk-in hours. Rashmi was very kind, patient and informative! I was In and out in under 25 minutes.
