Please don’t shop here cause I won’t I was standing Behind The employee that works in the store was making racial comments against high school students that were shopping in the store and that the reason they don’t have no business is because these type of people come to the store when I approached the manager he told the cash register employee if I paid so that way I can leave please do not shop there

Went at 1:15am but store was closed. All lights inside and out were on but both entry doors were locked and nobody was in the store. Can't believe a 7/11 listed online as open 24/7 was closed.

I am very confused how the 50-60ish white guy who is employed there hasn't been fired. I've been coming here my whole life, and until a few years ago it was just a regular 711/White Hen. In the past 5 or so years I've maybe been here 10 times, and without fail this guy has gone out of his way to do something to be an asshole. One time he ran out to tell me I couldn't park there. The parking lot was empty and I was planning on being a customer, so it was weird. Recently he stepped in front of me in the aisle to mop. I turned around to go through another aisle, never saying a word. He yelled at me in the next aisle that he "was sorry he ruined my day." It was very strange. I mentioned this to the guy at the register and he pleaded with me to tell the owners bc this guy clearly does this all the time. I have to assume that this guy has a mental disability. That is certainly unfortunate and he has every right to earn a living; a job which involves zero customer interaction would be a much better fit. I probably will go here again, if it's convenient, but I'll certainly go a bit out of my way not to deal with this gentleman again.

Not sure what is going on here these days. It used to be a friendly, clean and efficient place to stop for a snack on the way home from work. It's gone way downhill in the past month or so with really rude employees. Bring back the White Hen days!

My experience,at 7/11 88 Green Bay Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093 it was the worst, they have a employee he has a very rude,(by now I think every body knows him) a was parked my work van and he runs to me and he came out to tell me that he couldn't park in that spot supposedly was special spot for the owner.when I told him that I wasn't going to move my van he told me that I had to buy quickly and leave. all this without mentioning that he parking lot is shared by a medical clinic and a laundry/cleaner is ridiculous what this employee does, he should not work there if he does not know how to talking to the costumer

working class men bewareOlder skinnier man who works there was extremely rude and argumentative with me, for unknowingly parking in a unmarked “employee parking spot” . Before entering the store, the man was seen speaking about me to another customer in line. As I opened the door, the man seemed to tremble with anger and aggression as he incoherently spewed words at me, at which point I told him to repeat himself because I had no idea what he was saying. Causing a scene in front of multiple customers, he said that I should have known not to park there and “all delivery drivers know that”.. I was not delivering to him. I was a customer. I even apologized and said It wouldn’t happen again in order to deescalate the situation. He continued to try and make me feel less of him because I “should have known”. Absolutely no way I could have known not to park there. The parking lot was also full and is extremely small. I was not in the way or affecting anyone. One of the worst experiences ive ever had from a 7/11 employee. Huge lack of integrity and respect. I would go here almost every morning and will no longer go here ever again. I also believe this 7/11 should drug test their employees more often.

Service is great, always has coffee and is well stocked. Hours need to be changed to 6am to 12am however, tons of people show up after it closes at midnight

I went there to get ice and some sodas and some man came out and said I can't park here it's employee parking. He said you can't pick kids up there. I have a Florida license plate for god sakes. I do t have kids in Illinois. He was so rude the place should go bankrupt.

The man checking me out, I see every time I come in to this 7-11, he Is the rudest retail worker I have ever met! I'm assuming he is the owner because he is always there. I used to be in HR for Macys and I would have fired him on the spot had I witnessed his lack of customer service. Tonight he checked me out and threw me the bag to bag myself all the while on the phone speaking Arabic, therefore I'm not sure what his conversation entailed. Please Don't patronize his business, he is very very rude!
