Bob has some great employees but he seems to not care about his job anymore.
We moved overseas and left our car insurance with Bob, but when we tried to cancel our policy, he was incommunicado.
For multiple days.
And yet, still tried to charge us for a renewal after multiple requests to cancel.

I have been a customer of Bob Wells for over 30 years. I have never felt more confident in an insurance company...I have the most caring man..his name is Roberto and he is smart, patient and so caring ....and amazing fabulous disposition!Always helping me discuss any topic! I appreciate just knowing my insurance company is always here to help me with my homeowners and my car..i am so grateful! I highly recommend this office...and Roberto!!

Great team. Moved insurance to them when I bought a new house. They have good rates and their service is top notch. Roberto was able to get me sorted out on two new vehicles in a matter of hours after my car was stolen. Great!!

Roberto Jacobo at the Bob Wells office has been always there for me anytime I had a question or change in my policies. By phone or email, he is always available! I've been a customer with them for ~15yrs.
