I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done here. While I was content with my pedicure, I was extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with my acrylics. I showed my nail lady picture of my reference photos and my end results looked nothing like it. I told her multiple times that i didnt like the thickness and shape of my nails. My nail lengths and shape are noticeably different on both hands and neither of them look similar to what I asked her. When you look at my nails from the side they're pointing upwards and do not have a even acrylic base. My nail lady was adamant about the outcome being because of my nail bed shape and length, however, I frequently I get this shape and size done and it has never looked this bad. I asked if I could either go in to redo them or even just take them completely off and get a refund, she blamed it on my nail beds again.

We are so happy with this nail salon. We are not always the easiest crew to accommodate (always at least 4 of us typically with a 3 yr old in tow, and this time my grandma with dementia) but they were so kind and patient. We all loved our nails and will definitely be back.

I got acrylics here and the person who did my nails rushed. I left the salon and my nails already looked 2 weeks grown out.

I highly recommend botanic nail. I go weekly for manicures and they do a great job and are very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and cheerful. Owner Tina couldn’t be more kind and professional. You won’t regret it.

I love the whole team at botanic nails! Tina, Steven, and Lisa really do a great job on manis/pedis but not only that, they care to know you as a person as well! Tina remembers everyone's names and really likes to be more personal with clients. I really feel like they care ! I love going here, and I have a standing appointment every 3 weeks with Steven for acrylic nails! He is great ! Please check them out and support local!

This place is good if you want to come for a nice and relaxing mani pedi, but if you are planning on getting acrylics or anything of the sort, do not come here. I came to get acrylics here, and they look very bad. one hand one nails is clearly shorter than the other, and I wanted a completely different shape. they are clumpy and none of them look professionally done. I really wish they could improve this since I like the environment and the people there, but I will not be coming here again for acrylics. in the end, the total was 60 dollars, when normally they're forty or fifty. I do not believe I got what I payed for.

13 dollars for a quality mani, greats service, VERY kind people. I walked in after school and they were empty but don't let that trick you, I had the best experience ever getting my nails done there.

This place is great. Super clean, the staff is very friendly, and they do a great mani/pedi. It's also less pricey than some other places in Winnetka and you get a nice hand and foot massage along with it. Definitely recommend this place!

i was treated horribly. went in with a couple friends before prom and it was basically a pretty woman scenario. I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks anyways.
