“I stopped by last week and was pleasantly surprised! No need to go to the south side for some treats. The owner was very personable and allowed me to try a few items. Everything looked fresh and was delicious! Grabbed a few pieces of Turkish delight and some smoked nut mix. Will be back again for some coffee!”
“Great little BIPOC owned & run confectionery. Lots of chocolates, gummies, baked goods & an ice cream shop to boot. Everything is fresh (not sitting around for weeks & months like many candy shops). And the folks there are pleasant.The aesthetic is nostalgic & sits in a cute, dutch-themed shopping area.Need something for A birthday or holiday? They come up with the cutest themed concepts for every celebratory day you can think of. I am a huge fan of the cashew ladybugs (caramel, cashews & chocolate)…not common everywhere.A bit pricey, but matches its location & I’m never disappointed.”

“There’s no doubt that this is the best ice cream shop in the greater Chicagoland area, however the staff is what makes the experience much more worth it each time we come. We came in a few nights ago and were helped by the lovely manager Zelle, who made my little brother’s birthday 10x better by not only treating him to a delicious sundae with a fun candy face and lots of sprinkles, but served it with a beautiful smile! Her and other staff were having lots of fun behind the counter and engaging in jokes and conversation with my family. They really made us feel like we were old friends to them, like regulars that they’ve known their whole lives, something you really don’t see anymore. You would think that’s how every service worker would be while working in ice cream? Nope, only at this Graeter’s. Thank you Zelle and thank you Graeter’s team!”
“A great little shop it's very nice inside and they have a great selection of candy that I enjoyed trying and you pick how much you want with little bags. They have a variety of colors, which was perfect because I needed it for a baby shower. Staff was friendly and helpful”

“I was sent a box of the English toffee from my company AmeriPro as a Christmas gift. Let’s just say it was so good, I am writing this review when I never review anything. I highly suggest the English toffee to anybody and I’m sure the rest of the menu is just as great.”

Absolutely delightful service from the woman running the shop this morning. She was so friendly and helpful, and even gave me a sample in a to-go bag since I wasn’t ready to enjoy it in the store! Whether you're a chocolate lover or prefer other types of candy, they have something for everyone and the presentation is outstanding. Working with the staff is a breeze. Tell them what you want, the occasion, the price point and they do the rest or order online. They are easy to communicate with and are always more than willing to accommodate requests. “I stumbled upon this place by accident but the crisp white and black colors from inside drew me in. It is bright, spacious and very well organized and clean. The customer service is BEYOND spectacular. I arrived just shortly after they opened and was walking around, the gentleman was kind and had a plethora of knowledge on the toffee and Gelato products. He gave me the history of the business and even about the toffee and co-business with the Gelato. His honest and product knowledge was superior. He demonstrated he knows his clients and product. The Gelato was out of this world, tasted like the Gelato in Italy because it really was produced by the Italians and the same way. We love toffee and they had numerous variations of flavors and chocolate collaborations. The coffee was spit on too. The quality of every product is truly superior like their customer service and very generous portions. Pricing is spot on for what you get. This place is worth the 30cminite drive from Glenview. Nothing compares to their flavors of Gelato and toffee selection. Lots of sitting room to socialize, read or work on your computer.”
“Move over Willie Wonka there is a new candy land in town. Located on the first level in the Rosemont Fashion Outlet mall. You won't miss the colorful outside sign and the window display of candy. This place specializes in so many different candy, apparel, accessories and novelty gift items. I walked inside and felt like I was lost inside of a candy world. There is so many unique items throughout the store. I got lost in the colorful wall art and display of many different items. A must place to come and visit. I would of gave it a top rate of 5 stars but the employees never greeted me. The two young ladies at the front never looked at me and kept on talking amongst themselves. The customer service could need some improvement.”

“This place has the best ice cream I have ever had in my life, hands down. Every time I go to Graeter's I'm blown away by the quality of the ice cream. The ice-cream is made in a traditional small batch process, that makes it quite dense and rich.If that wasn't enough, the staff at the Winnetka location are some of the most friendly people I've ever met. They are highly knowledgeable about the wide range of ice creams they offer, and go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a bespoke experience.
